Arch to me is like the last coin in crypto standing. FUD alll you want cause you'll be sorry when we hit 50k. BTCArch has not failed not once. IMO this is one of the only coins worth holding long term. If you want to keep losing money then keep buying scams and failed announcements and hidden premines. If you want crypto to become a better place invest in innovation and teamwork that is arch. Period. Get in or get left behind.
I have some good news pertaining to merchant integration. More info tomorrow as I'm ironing out some of the details.

Hey everyone, It has been a while since I've been on this forum. Had to take a long break to deal with some personal issues. Could somebody catch me up as to what has been going on with Naut, and the crypto world in general over the last 4-5 months? I would really appreciate it 
Naut. first dev couldnt deliver, second was Bryce Weiner who did/could not again. Now Julian Yap is working on POS, thats pretty good.
Cryptos. Mintpal bpught by scammer, took off with 4000BTC or so, total volume is probably 20% of last april. Epic drama around xc and blocknet. New trends are ICOs and "asset backed" coins. Do you have a ridiculously dumb idea? Go crowdfunding via crypto. I mean we have URODARK (14BTC ICO) now. Farmers can by their fertilizer on the blackmarket now.
Also, tell people your new shitcoin is "asset backed" with some real company and they will buy it. Why people dont go for stocks if they want to invest into something "real" is beyond me.
So, yes cryptos are a big fat joke right now. Maybe prolong your break.

I often wonder the same thing I contunously fall for every promise in crypto and continue to get destroyed because of it. I am holding bags and bags of failed coins at this point who all were supposed to have things coming soon they say. Arch is the only alt I can say hasn't let me down at this point. I'm just hoping this can be the one that saves me.

TechGen sent me this a few days ago. Skeptical, I decided to message this dude on LinkedIn. The next day, he confirmed this to be true in a round about way making it obvious that this was in fact legit. Simply type Zynga Poker into Google News and you will see that it is their most popular game. You will also learn that everything adds up given the fact that the company is trying to offer gambling services in more countries, this makes perfect sense. Zynga poker is by far their strongest brand. I'm not sure exactly what their plans are but as you can tell this is no joke. This is enormous for Viacoin!
Zynga has a market cap of >$2B. This is a huge company making a big change in operations for one of their flagship products. The little VIA that could!!!
Not to mention this is the company that helped push bitcoin to $1000+ and that is just when they started accepting bitcoin. This is crazy.

Clearinghouse is not on Bitcoin. You're either on Bitcoin or you're not and Clearinghouse is not. It could be made to work with Bitcoin because Clearinghouse is a clone of Counterparty, but then, Counterparty is already on Bitcoin. If being on Bitcoin were not such a huge advantage the Counterparty developers could move it to another chain in a day or so. They won't because there is absolutely no reason to be on another chain, but it is possible. Any flexibility and security feature that Clearinghouse has, it has because the Counterparty developers wrote the code and open sourced it on GitHub so that other people could use it as well.
There are plenty of reasons to be on another chain. Faster blocks, friendly relations with chain devs, quicker/better implementation of new features/bugfixes/etc.
Your absolute denial of them makes your position less reasonable and thus weaker, not stronger.
As for the forced choice between "either on Bitcoin or you're not"...treechains are coming!

Yes, this is what I'm learning. I will say for certain, I know that a big social gaming co might be the first to make this jump to clearinghouse. From what I'm told, they simply weren't happy with counterparty for whatever reason. Though they haven't ruled out counterparty, they seem to be more intrigued with clearinghouse. I have no idea when this will happen, but I'm told the first move will be merging a type of betting game on the platform as an experiment. I was also told that they are even exploring offering company shares through the platform as well. Meanwhile, I'm still just sitting here trying to figure it all out.
Is there any way of proving this whatsoever?

wow. viacoin is 3-month old, devs delivering again and again, yet price goes down... and a moola guy educating the community with "non-fad" fad...
and i must say that have a real Déjà vu...
like the matrix. i've seen this before...
It was the same weird situation of development on one side, and fad+price going down on the other side, and it was called Darkcoin.

Darkcoin was launched in late January or early February. Dev delivered progress like clockwork, but price - well, depressed is an understatement.
coins got stolen on c-cex, dumped on poloniex, then a fork... you name it.
Until one day, several months forward, about April, it started to move up, and rise, and rise... and then skyrocket.
From a negligible alt, people started seeing it as a contender to Litecoin.
I've been there before. It looks the same. Feels the same.

Great share, I couldn't agree with you more as someone who saw this scenario play out first hand. I remember watching the Darkcoin developments very closely and even had a chance to speak with Duffield once before when writing for a crypto news source. Create awareness, ignore the price: the latter will follow. Viacoin's technology will only garner further awareness as the possibilities through blockchain technology are brought to light.

Yea, everyone should be tweeting AltMarket to add Via upon launch. MintPal is a joke. AltMarket should burst onto the scene with substantial volume.

i'm dumping the majority of my stash tomorrow morning and moving on to bigger and better things.
