great read by coindesk: https://www.coindesk.com/the-true-crypto-alternative-to-government-money

thoughts on the future of fiat coins, stablecoins, and just overall adoption of these things in general? I see lots of potential in ampleforth in how they solve volatility. I think right now there's too much centralization in fiat-backed stablecoins.
And there was only a little percentage of them have surpassed audit. But i seen a little bit advertisement from that article and i can't consider it as a neutral article until the third party will try to audit his way to fix the volatility and it looks impossible.

yea i think they should get audited. but it looks like the article is an opinion piece. i shared it because i thought it offered really good insight

I am favoring the  option 3  which is algorithm backed stable coins like DAI. I like how the incentivising  mechanism solution works.
It is decentralized and this is why I prefer DAI.

have you looked into ampleforth? algorithmic but has an interesting twist. https://www.ampleforth.org/

Exchanges can get the liquidity that the coins need but it doesn't mean that it will be the bridge they need to cross over for them to moon. Real product and development is the main factor to see for investors to put money and help those coins to grow in marketcap.

so what about chinese projects? they seem so antithetical lol

What do you guys think will be the next big thing in crypto? IMO it's going to be security tokens, microchains/sidechains (like MOAC), cross-chain compatibilities of public blockchains, and gaming/collectibles (like Gods Unchained)

What about you guys?

I'd like to see many real DEXes with fast and direct coin swap without middleman. I suppose that govenments won't be glad to have such a services, buth nevertheless I can't see the following development of the crypto industry without this significant and very serious shift.

that and stablecoins. but right now i'm focused on infrastructure with projects like eos, eth, and moac

I still believe in eth, besides that we need a lot of references about moac, sometimes good projects don't get good support, so investors don't interest to invest on it

Looks like MOAC does have some good support since they're backed by outpost capital. You should look into the CEO. Pretty impressive reputation.

Here's their whitepaper: https://www.moac.io/uploads/MOAC_White_Paper.pdf

ICO's are pretty much dead. We are now in a time of infrastructure where projects like MOAC will facilitate dapp development.

This is why I suggest people to invest only what they can afford to loose. Then only they can be patient even in loss.

In order to buy a bitcoin , you need money. A job is needed for that so that you earn money at first place.

Both ETH and monero are good choice in my opinion. You can also consider ripple as it is available for about halt a dollar currently.
