1. Your body is the first physical entity you need to take care of.

2. Your mind is the first non-materialistic entity you need to take care of.

What we forget is that these two things often come hand in hand, in very basic ways.

For example, if you are trying to be physically fit, you will work out quite frequently and hat will help you make a daily routine that will ultimately help you mentally and you'll get tired and won't get much time for overthinking.
I can recommend some good channels on youtube which you can follow for a workout plan, like Sydney Cummings for intermediate and intense workout, Chloe Ting for beginners.

Also, if you are focussing on your mental wellness, which would be by enjoying little things, spending time with family and loved ones, having some me-time, watching humorous shows, exploring different types of comedy shows and movies, you will eventually feel better in your mind and heart. Try out these types of humor for the beginning https://humornama.com/featured/education/types-of-humor/. Find out which one suits you the best.
ou should try watching shows like Friends. HIMYM, other sitcoms and romcoms to enjoy your time better.
Trust me, laughter means a lot for our health!

I do notice that some people naturally don’t allow bitcoin in any of their daily transactions even when it faster and easier, they still don’t prefer using it, I have noticed this a lot, Some classes of human,Sometimes when they are to receive money from another country like international transfer sometimes it takes 2 3 days to arrive,They will advise them to use bitcoin and they still don’t accept it even it faster and easier. Now how come we make bitcoin come to people.

Many people don't feel very secure with executing their transactions with bitcoin. Having the bitcoin value in their hands is a matter of ownership for them which they proudly accept, but when it comes to sending and receiving money, they choose to prefer what the world is majorly using and is highly trusted.

Re: How much btc do you need to secure your future?

There is something i know from personal observation about life, that is; Your needs or wants grows with you. Each advancement or increase in pay cheque comes with a relative increase in your luxury lifestyle and to give your family the best your resources can afford should you have a family always kicks in. So, having your future secured depends on your spending habit rather than how much BTC your able to acquire. Money makes more money so, if you acquire, spend and don't invest, you'll still find yourself struggling in future. So, its never always enough until your gone.

I completely agree. Our desires always have no limit. It does not depend on age but depends on temperament. Someone is happy with one bitcoin, while others need numbers with two or three zeros.
The more a person's life becomes secure, the more his appetites increase. Sometimes we are indignant, why do the rich need millions, because such money cannot be spent in a lifetime? I think many will agree that first, everyone wants to feel stability in the future, they want stability for their family, children, grandchildren.
Therefore, everything is obvious here. Having one bitcoin, a person will aim for two, and so on.

Yes, it is like once you get one foot down in the market, you cannot keep yourself from the desire of putting the second one down too and soon you are completely engrossed in it. It does start with the thought of having financial security, but once it starts it becomes much more than that.
