There 2 regrets in this crypto world. Regrets of selling early and regret of holding too much. Whenever we sell our coins, you cannot always expect the price will remain as it was when you sold them. It will either go up to the moon or go back to trash. For me, I'd better regret selling earlier as long as I have profit and was able to use the money than to lose them all.

Until you get the profit you want. Always set a Target price or percentage of profit you want to get and lock it. Do not be greedy by setting you goal up once the goal is reached because you will end up holding them instead of selling at the right price. Be patience and do not be greedy, that's it. Too much greedy will end up losing, and less patience will end up to regrets. Balance things.

It may be helpful but has it helped you? As I see in your profile you have only few merits, and that is not expected to someone giving tips on how to get merits. Earn a lot of merits first before you tell us what to do. Although you are right but unfortunately you were not able to justify it.

Long term investment is for me the easiest and is less risky. At least you will not be hassled with the thought of regrets on daily trading. At least you only need to focus on such coins you are holding not like trading wherein you need to study a lot more coins other than what you have.

The best thing for you to do is sell 50% and hold the rest. You will not loss if that's the case. But do not always think that you are cursed, think that as a lesson. Do not make any drastic decisions right away. This is part of the experience in crypto world. You are not alone, we also share the same experience. You'll get over with it the more  transactions you'll get involved with.

You cannot always apply the the strategy in all occasion all the time. Dig up usefull information for your decision making. Ofcourse if all signs says the token is good for the future, then hold it and wait for the best time to sell. But if your research and instict says it's bad, sell them.

The ICOs that I am looking for this year are those crypto projects that are very useful for the community especially to develop unique projects like free energy or solar power projects.
something in crypto that creating a useful although comlicated crypto projects that will eventually help people to raise their living standards.
I am investing into some newly listed altcoins that has very useful crypto projects or working products like Envion, WePower, Oyster, KHWCoin, Galaxy eSolutions and more.
The worst ICOs for me are those Peer-to-Peer crypto that were almost the same with Bitcoin and Ethereum.

For me my best pick for altcoins this year 2018 is Oyster Pearl PRL and Oyster Shell SHL.
these two coins are now two of the most underrated and undervalued altcoins in the market today.
soon, they will launch their main net and that will ensure for the price value to rise and mooning because their crypto project is impressive and will surely be useful for most of the internet users that Oyster will allow files will be stored online throuth IOTA Tangle.

even if you're spending more time on research regarding a specific altcoin or ICOs but scam and fake ICOs are too good to be true.
the only way to not get scammed is to wait for them to appear on coinmaketcap.com or crypto exchanges so that will ensure that they're not scam or fraud.
you can do research about ICOs and altcoins but nothing's safer when you do hi invest on crypto exchanges especially if their trading volume is consistent and higher than $50,000 daily.

there are more people who are get scammed by ICOs because investors will place their investments through their hard-earned money and then that ICO will not give you any coins or some will give but never bump on coin exchanges or even on www.coinmarketcap.com
I haven't been scammed by ICOs because I never invested any altcoins on their ICO stage but instead I just wait for them to hit coin exchanges and but coins as many as I like.
A friend of mine has been scammed for worth of 3.6 Eth and I don't think it's painful for Him.

I agree with DOgeCoin and the only thing I found of DGE that is made it one of the strongest cryptocurrency in the crypto market today is it's transaction speed.
DogeCoin is fast and faster than almost every crypto networks today and that leads DogeCoin it's main advantage.
I invested DogeCoin last year on 3rd quarter and today I am happy because it offers me higher rewards than my other altcoins.

For me, the most stable altoins are Ethereum, NEO, LiteCoin and Ripple.
Those altcoins are few of the strongest crypto in the market today and they're even worth of more investments because they are offering higher return of investments as crypto market today is on it's way into recovering from the Mega Crypto Market Crisis on this first quarter of the year.
ethereum is one of the most stable and well supported by most of the crypto exchanges.

aside from they're not stable coins, most of the have no working products or projects.
That's why most altcoins aren't pumping because they have no other reason why their coin have the right to pump.
some altcoins have working products and projects and that made them listed as one of the top altcoins in coinmarketcap.com and those top altcoins are worth for more investments because they have a good crypto projects that somehow useful for some users and investors.

in my own opinion, a huge disadvantage of an altcoin is when it's crypto project isn't that having high in demands or they're not effective enough to meet the community gap between people and services.
there are too many altcoins today that their price values aren't pumping because of their crypto projects that were not that effective and people didn't  see them worth of investments.
Bitcoin is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency but when there's another variety of altcoin that are almost the same with Bitcoin then I don't think it has sense or would have worth of investments.

That Bitcoin called a bubble is still better for me than people are tagging it as a scam. that is worst because the entire crypto community are affected when mainstream media are quoting the people were ruined by Bitcoin as they're victims of a Bitcoin scam.
People who watched the news or segment will believe those lies and misconceptions because nobody on their family member who are educated enough regarding bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.

The only reason why people don't trust and believe crypto is they are not fully education regarding Crypto information.
there are too many incidents that were related by crypto that people are getting scammed so although we can't blame them but my point is, authorities should somehow show crypto advantages in order for some people will be brightened on what's the good side of investing Bitcoin or crypto and clearing it out from their minds that it is not a scam nor a fraud.

The worst thing I ever heard about crypto especially on Bitcoin was that it is a scam.
People who watch mainstream media like major tv news that is captioning Bitcoin or Crypto on a wrong way will affect crypto community as instance like kind of news that was labeled as Bitcoin as a biggest scam on history but it's not actually proven by those people who tagged Bitcoin is an actual scam.
What really happened was that greedy people who are using Bitcoin and Crypto to scam and victimize people who are not fully educated by Bitcoin and Crypto and Blockchain and what's it's purpose and it's importance and how to earn money through it.

NEO is the most rival of Ethereum on beating Bitcoin's market cap in the future.
NEO is fast, scalable and flexible so I am seeing brighter future of NEO together with Ethereum in the near future.
PRL is one of my best Altcoin because it do offer me higher opportunities that compelled me to go home and start over and invest into local businesses in my community.

Oyster Pearl PRL is one of the most undervalued crypto in the market today and it's future is brighter because it will soon launch it's main net that will be useful on sending our files into the tangle and use PRL to keep our files in the tangle for a long time.
They will conduct Oyster Shell SHL on Oyster PRL holders only so people will do get more PRL as they could before the airdrop date to get Oyster SHL in their wallets.

I ma facing a lot of issues on joining Airdrops last year that is why I never join any single airdrops this year because my first myetherwallet wallet is full of shit coins and even after a long time they have no value because they are failed and never bumped coin exchanges.
I do not waste my time and efforts on joking any airdrops but instead I am joining bounty campaigns and wait for around 3 months and will soon earn price value after they hit coin exchanges.
