What if someone don't give Merit point or Ignore your constructive post?
It can happen right?can you explain please?
I'm newbie but I know some faucets, trading and I always read here in forum for my knowledge in anything about crypto.
No one is bound by contract to give you a Merit point. If you are useful to the community, if your posts are constructive and have a good quality, then someone may feel generous and give you some merit points. Consider it like a like button only given out to people who have made an objectively good post. But there's a maximum amount of Merit points that you can give away, this is generated based on your activity.
I guess there is a total differences between merits and like button. Because like is unlimited, anyone can press the like button if he/she agrees with the opnions of post without hesitation, however, the merits are limited, even for the merit sources, which leads the high-qualitied posts may not receive the merits, not because the post is not good, but it's not best.

I could understand Merit is a good way to beat the spammers, but i'm sure Merit exchange has already happened. I've heard from a friend that he just joined a group, and people there are selling Merit at the price about $2-$3, which is a bad news.
