Well according to whitepaper p.17 - 50% of all tokens will be sold on token sales, presale and ICO. 12% will be distributed through bounty, marketing and for advisors. 26% is for reserve, functionality of the platform. Rest 12% are kept for the team, founders and co-founders.

Not really. Circulating supply is the amount of tokens available at the present time and circulating in the market.

Conditions of the collateral are set with the lender and customer. Depository Network is not a lender. It provides the infrastructure needed to store the collateral, as an independent 3rd party, fully automated and decentralized.
