I sent email to securty 1xbit, i contacted on livechat, i sent you message here on bitcointalk forum private and you are not back to me.
I you have not returned back my deposits and just close my account. Whats wrong?
I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:
" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."
I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it

They closed my account, I was able to withdraw 500 out of 750USDT.
Thanks 1xbit, I was betting with you since 2018 you lose a customer for so little.

There is no difference between the two sites.
Both sites are maintained by separate teams, we have an alike layout, but the contents (events, payments, bonuses, creatives, affiliates, etc.) - they are different. Except the domain I see no difference in use

I feel like the comments are archanment, from what I've seen 1xbet has caused a lot of problems for its users I've never been one of them so I don't know, BUT 1xbit I've been there since August 2018 never any problems...

Where i can see the maximum bet on a type of bets ? e.g. win, exact soccer score or horse race fixed place.
or the maximum win on soccer, tennis or horse racing ?
When you choose your match, you have a max bet button on the bottom of the ticket. It automatically sets your bet size to may allowed for that market if you have enough money on the account to see the limit. If you have a smaller amount on your account max bet will be equal to your balance. or the maximum win on soccer, tennis or horse racing ?

I've been betting on 1xbit since 2018 never had any problems,
I swap my crypto with the help of several wallet they provide.
Although 1xbet is to be criticized I find their betting environment just insane.
And concerning the withdrawal I never had any problem.
They have already offered me 5mbt freebets several times that I have wedged and withdrawn without any problems. I have withdrawn several times several thousand euros instantly.
This forum just put me in doubt that one day I will be scammed but in the end the past will not have proved me wrong and other bookmakers have proved me right to be on 1xbit.

I've been seeing negative reviews of 1xbit for years, but I've never had any problems.
I've never seen such a great offer from other bookmakers, whether it's on deposits, withdrawals and swaps; their sports & horses offers.
Those who have problems with 1xbit are just bad gamblers or work for others.
