my balance right now around 25k .. hopefully they approved it even if it only 50% I will gladly accept it to cover my losses

The support offer an remaining balance withdraw ...how this approved this ...I was at a point has around 35k but lose most of it and the remaining balance around 10k

Can somebody help me with my kyc, i have all the documents to do the kyc, I contacted the live support but they didnt answered , and on the email after my kyc failed they replied with " We regret to inform you that after reviewing, your KYC verification has not been approved. Unfortunately, resubmission is not an option at this time. While we understand this news is disappointing, our priority is platform security. For concerns or questions, contact Customer Service.
