My R7 260X Radeon 2gb no longer works with v11.0 while mining MUSICcoin (DAG file is 1.5GB)

Could you please re-release miner version 9.7.1 with up-to-date dev-fee pools. Because v11.2 no longer works with cards like Radeon R7 260, and v9.7 has problems with wrong dev-fee pools.

Is it possible to accelerate Monero CPU-mining via VIA Padlock?
The VIA PadLock Security Engine is implemented in most recent VIA x86 processors. It contains at least a hardware random number generator. The C5P core gained AES acceleration on top of the random number generator, using a different instruction set than Intel AES-NI. The C5J "Esther" core has SHA-1 and SHA-256 acceleration and a Montgomery multiplier as well. A Montgomery modular multiplier can be used to speed up asymmetric encryption such as RSA signing and decryption. Finally the C5P "Esther" core also contains NX bit security which VIA considers a component of the PadLock suite. The difference with the other features is that it doesn't provide additional functionality to the user.

I only able to get 8 MH/s ETH with my Gigabyte GTX 970 regardless the miner I use. And every time I start mining I get "PerfCap Reason:VRel" in GPU-Z while the "Power Consumption" is around 45% TDP. Most people get from 14 to 23 MH/s on GTX 970
