Any suggestions for my 290x Neoscrypt settings? Not sure what I am doing wrong to get such crap results. Also how are my 7970/7950 speeds? Running sgminer 5.1.0-dev. Maybe I am using a crap bin or neoscrypt.cl?

290x = 291kh/s (1100mhz core / 1450mhz memory)
--thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -g 2 --worksize 96

7970 = 322kh/s (1100mhz core / 1600mhz memory)
7950 = 272kh/s (1000mhz core / 1500mhz memory)
--thread-concurrency 8192 --xintensity 3 -g 2 --worksize 64

I seem to get great results if using xI of 3 or 2 without using TC and a worksize of 64, but I get constant HW errors. As soon as I add TC then no more HW errors, but speeds drop hard.

That's pretty good for the stock miner.

Really? 7970 outpacing the 290x. Sucks for me at least it seems that Neoscrypt is dying off in terms of profitability so hopefully x11 or x13 go back up.

290X can get a little higher, but not much more than the 7970.

Any suggestions on settings?

for your 290x try thread concurrency of 16384, xintensity of 3, 2 threads, and worksize 64.  I get more than 300 kh/s with those settings with a reference 290x at stock clocks (1000/1250).  I'm interested to see what you get.

281kh/s. It went down from my previous settings.

I don't use that one, but a 1500 memclock would probably help.

I will give that a try. Do you have a link to the newest neoscrypt.cl you released? Is it the same one implemented into 5.1.0-dev?

Edit: 1500 memory hit 302k. Btw I am running sgminer-5.1-dev-2014-11-13-win32 any reason to get a newer one?

Down are kernels and generated bins for X algos(11, 13, 15):

http://www.filedropper.com/x111315kernels
http://www.filedropper.com/x111314bins

Complete decision including last version of sgminer and all this kernels&bins&configuration file you can use:
http://www.filedropper.com/sgminer-51-dev-2014-mod

If you like to compile yourself you can download from:
https://github.com/sgminer-dev

This kernel&bins are for Tahiti&Hawaii. I have no Kaiman and Pitcairn to test.
After the test if you're satisfied you can tip me here: 13FykK1WoEwXV1WvrjT1hDRi1E1gFaBT8y
And Wolf0, of course!

x13 working! And working well! Thanks for sharing!
What hash rate on x13?

Hi, I'll give you my numbers:

14.7 Drivers R9 290, no overclock and powertune 20%

X11= 7.55-7.60mhs
X13= 5.20-5.30mhs
X15= 4.10-4.20mhs

Without bins or kernels still work fine like Neoscrypt (295-300khs).

Thank You, uploader!

Told you. My x13 is 7.1MH/s. Also, 300kh/s on 290? You should at least get around 325 or so... 600+ with mods.

How high is your 290x clocked to achieve 7.1Mh/s? Also, what driver version? Any reason to use any sort of TC setting? I know you have the latest kernel and bin files.

I am able to reach 6.48Mh/s running xi 64 g 2 w 64 on a 290x with Elpidia clocked at 1100mhz core and 1450 memory. Win8.1 driver 14.11.1 Beta.

I will post my 7970 and 7950 results soon.

Thanks for the info and x11 bins. I will donate some btc soon.

1100 core, 1600 memory.

Props. Great work. Any plans on release your official x13 bins files or just going to leave the leaked one be? Either way great work and best of luck.

Hi,

It is R9 290 and not a R9 290X.

Just want to check, you deleted the standard kernel and replaced it with the modified Kernel, place the modified bin (darkcoin-modHawaiigw64l4ku0) into sgminer folder, because your numbers looked like normal figures for R9 290X, which is around 5.68, but with your overclocks it would be around 6.48mhs, which tells me you running the wrong Kernel or bin? Maybe, you need to recheck those 1st steps again.

The best AMD Drivers are older 14.7rc1, can be downloaded from http://www.guru3d.com/files-get/amd-catalyst-14-7-rc1-(14-200-1004-july-9)-download,1.html

You may need to clean out all old drivers traces from the other versions with this extra tool after you do the AMD Catalyst uninstall: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

The latest Omega drivers only achieved 6.7mhs and the same for the later 14.7rc3 AMD drivers on my GPU!

However, I do reinstall Windows 7 64 bit every of month or two (my PC's gets hacked every couple of weeks and need re-installation, LOL); these results are achieved on a 2 week old install of Windows 7 64. A friend gets about 22% lowers hasrates on everything he mines on X11 and neoscrypt on 4 month old Windows 7 installation.

I think that covers everything.

Thank You

I sold off all I had left. Thankfully most was sold long ago at good profit, but some for nothing. This coin is dead. GL everyone. I'm out.

Dev commented yesterday not over yet

Doesn't matter what the dev says at this point. The coin launched over 2 weeks ago and nothing has been implemented since then. The only thing done since launch was block explorer and a crap site that I could have put together in 15 minutes. Both of those should have been ready BEFORE the coin launched. By now we should have already had a fully functional tipbot that was said to be done in 1 week and a betting site which was supposed to be done in 2 weeks. Instead we have neither and the dev hardly even comes on here to post or even reply. He comes on here to post false hope and is gone again for 3-4 days. Hell look at the buy orders on the only 2 exchanges this coin has. The value of this coin is basically so low that you are almost giving it away for free. Soon after people quit buying all together and this turns into yet another coin that failed and will get de-listed from the exchanges.

Hi,

I am running a total of 28.522mh/s according to Hashra blade controller (I have 5 grid seed blades) however according to clevermining user stats I am running at 21mh/s

I have been running over 24 hours and can confirm my current stats

28.526 Mh/s current hashrate 28.526 Mh/s avg hashrate 274764 / 11817 Acc./Rej.
4.30 % rejection rate
8526 Hardware errors

Any idea why clevermining is so off?

bobby

Does hashra show "difficulty 1" accepted shares anywhere? If you had that you could calculate how your hashrate looks like based on shares you submitted, which is how the pool calculates it.

YES this is ridiculous I am missing at least 5-10mhs over an average amount of time. This pool seems to have a few issues that have been happening for ages, from stuck coins after mining stops even after 1 week --- and hashrate--- I really do not know if hashrate is being diverted or what.

I am using Vardiff,  and I have just 70mh

 My miners are showing correctly in the hashra module but when I look at cllevermining it shows less. why is this? Even when I add the rejected Mh amount it still doesn't cover there still between 5-10mh at times, this Goes up and down and sometimes I am up 10Mhs but when you average it out over 12-24 hr I am at a loss of hashrate by 5-10mh

I recently restarted my miner!!

Does anyone know why this is, I feel like I am wasting. power, money and energy worrying about this shit when It should be set & forget

Have you tried another pool and see what shows up there?

My address is fine I have mined a few bitcoins here and no issue with address when I stop I Definitley get stuck change In Unexchanged and Immature for more than 1 week and all together its more than 0.01 my address is 10000% fine,  I started mining again here today will see what happens when I stop again.. I am not the only one with that problem a few pages back me and another few guys having the same issue

Yep. I have this very same problem. I quit mining Scrypt like 2 months ago, but have left over coin in immature and unexchanged that didn't go anywhere the entire time I quit mining. I got so tired of looking at it I sent 1 CPU core to do some work to see if I can get it taken care of. Hopefully it helps clear it all out so I can get it paid out and move on for good.

I took a screenshot before I started cpu mining and I will take another once I have enough in ready for payout to see if it locks up again with different numbers in immature and unexchanged.

You can name them. Just append dot (.) and 7 alphanumeric characters to the BTC address.

This is great. Now add email notifications for workers going down.  Smiley

remaining ipo coins should be divided and shared with the current buyers, coins selling for 0.0000035 on c-cex means ipo coins were way overpriced

This happens all the time. Early dumping at low prices from miners. As long as the dev doesn't bail on this project and actually provide what is promised the prices will climb and everyone who is holding will make good profits.

At the rate some are being sold now they may as well have mined something else because they are losing money compared to what they would have made mining something else.
