Pude solucionar el inconveniente, me respondieron desde el soporte de justcoin. Mil disculpas por las molestias y gracias por la predisposicion a ayudarme, un saludo.

Antes que nada les pido mil disculpas si no va aca el topic, necesito ayuda, ya no se a donde mas recurrir sinceramente. Mi problema es el siguiente: Me registre hace unas semanas en justcoin, y deposite unos stellars alli, el asunto es que cambie la contraseña y no la recuerdaba, hasta ahi todo perfecto porque hice click en "olvidé mi contraseña", puse mi mail y todo fenomeno. Cuando me llega el mail, hago click en "reestablecer contraseña" y dice que me van a mandar un numero de 4 digitos, hecho que aun no ha sucedido, no me ha llegado ningun mail mas ni nada por el estilo. Cabe destacar que cuando me registre en justcoin no puse ningun numero de telefono. Volvi a repetir el procedimiento varias veces y me pone este cartel:

"Sorry, but you tried to reset your password not long ago. Try again later or contact support@justcoin.com."

Entonces envie ya 3 mails a esa direccion que me dieron detallando mi problema y no me han respondido.

Alguno porfavor podria ayudarme? Desde ya muchisimas gracias!!

Yesterday I registered on Justcoin.com and deposited few bitcoins. In about a hour, I've tried to logon, but my password didn't matched.
Well, I've passed to  [Reset your password]  https://justcoin.com/client/#auth/resetpassword link, and filled in my email. I received a message with the reset link. Then, there was no a common window "type in new password", instead there was a message saying smth like "close it & return" to the previous window...
I had several tabs opened, so, maybe I closed a right one, and returned to the wrong.
So, my password was not changed & I'got no message to email...

Well, I just retried to use [Reset your password] link but now it answered
"Sorry, but you tried to reset your password not long ago. Try again later or contact support@justcoin.com."

I wrote to support@justcoin.com, but still (15 hours passed) got no reply.  Embarrassed








I have the same problem, can someone help me, plz? I wrote to support@justcoin.com twice but i dont have any answer :S
I received the email with the link for pw recovery but when i create my acc i didnt put a phone number, so i havent the 4 digits they ask me :S

Please help me!
