Where does it say to use BDB 4.8? I think you gave the wrong link.

I don't get it. Is Counterparty forbidden, or does Bittrex have personal issues with Counterparty developers..? Are they going to delist all Counterparty tokens they have on their exchange, and why would they do it? I understand Counterparty and Omni are a bit out of fashion at the moment, but delisting a token because it is based on a non-fashionable (but still perfectly valid and viable) technology, is pure nonsense. I suppose there may be misunderstanding there.
I believe it is the combination of being an XCP token and low volume; if I understood correctly there is some overhead for exchanges (or maybe just Bittrex) when it comes to XCP and its tokens, which would normally be covered by fees gained from trading volume.
I notice they are only charging 5 DTB for a withdrawal.

The novaexchange was not hacked. Novaexchange has new owners and therefore the exchange was on a long maintenance.
NovaExchange was hacked, some time ago. They had a page on their site with a progress bar to represent progress towards paying back the victims.

A portion of the coin emission for Veil will go to budget which is going to be used to fund project-related costs. All pre-launch costs are currently being funded by the founder, 4x13.
This and founder's reward makes me worry about securities laws. Looks like a good project regardless.

Ercoin is a new independent project. Personally, I keep some BLK for it.
Why does there have to be burning, rather than just a 'virtual fork' airdropping BlackNet to everyone who holds BLK? I want both but you are making me gamble by choosing one side -_-
