This is untrue. When XAPO payments process they go from an internal xapo wallet to internal xapo wallet. NO FEE APPLIES.

No change. The faucet API is not considered an external address, so no fees.
We're actually trying to implement a way that we can stop bots from taking satoshi and if we go ahead and payout now, we're going to see a lot of your bitcoins going to people who script and don't really contribute towards ad revenue and increasing the pool of bitcoins to fund future prizes. I understand the frustration, but we're putting a stop to bots. Please be patient.

I also use this faucets in start but after some time they have some restrictions just because of this I leave but still remember very thinking about this good luck 
If you're talking about blocking and banning because of VPN, it's because we want to keep our adsense account. If you look at other faucets who did not do the same, they also lost their adsense accounts and payments dropped.

We can't do it. The problem is that to add code, test, deploy and MAINTAIN yet another micro-solution that bots will hammer, for a US$4 sign on bonus is a huge loss. We just can't afford that kind of loss so we'd have to pass that along to the users. Lower payouts until we recovered those losses. If users don't like XAPO (which millions seem to) or direct weekly payment to their BTC address, I don't know what to suggest but adding more micro-payment options isn't a scale-able solution.

If you've been looking at the pattern botters use, you'd realize that individually blocking bots within the micropayment platform, by hand, is not scale-able. I'd have to hire a full time data entry guy. Sorry, not at this time.
