Basically you cannot make a profit from the value of coins but... if you have coins you will be rewarded with interest so your loss is supposed to be balanced with it.

So the question is, why would you invest in the IPO ?

Honestly, I love eMunie concept but I don't see any reasons to invest in the IPO.

eMunie is designed to be a medium of exchange, not a store value nor an investment.


And what happens if there is declining demand? the growth is less? so in other words, you can't earn money, but it can only loose value? (if demand is declining too fast) What am i missing here?

That's the thing. Soon NXT will be so strong that it doesn't need neither Bitcoin or an exchange.

As it is not implemented yet, we should use the classic exchange to increase NXT awareness.
So yes, let's upvote on Cryptsy and BTC-e in the meantime.
Dude, cryptsy and btc-e will never list it. Because nxt themselves don't want it to happen.

So: It will never be on any other exchange than in the NXT wallet itself (released somewhere next year).

Ditto Angry  I don't know if I have coins there or not.  All the pools were having problems last night so I switched to p2pool.  If they have a copy of the old sql they can retrieve all the info from there by merging the old and new db.  Pain in the azz, but I have done it with other sites.
