Offering new deals when we haven't had a payout on Z11 in four days is rather tone deaf, don't you think?

Electricity fee varies according to hashrates. As many Z11 units have run more than one year, the hashrates are not enough, many units need to repair. This is the challenge of permanent hashrates. We are working on it to repair those miners. Just moving make things worse. We seek your kind understanding.

Bitmain, your parent company, is literally the manufacturer of these units. If they're defective, you can make more to replace them or to make up the difference.

Power disruptions are one thing, but this is completely different. Are you really saying that you don't guarantee the listed hashrate of your own units that you manufactured and host in your own data centers that you have on your own hashing pool that people are buying the hashrate to on your own market?

After watching the Z11 payouts for a while, my leading theory is that the maintenance fee is being multiplied against the payout twice.

For example:
Current 265 units of Z11 payout would be in the range of 0.2235 ZEC
Current maintenance fee is 31.31%, 0.2235 * (1-0.3131) = 0.1535, a number fairly close to the disbursement number Z11 overview page shows at USDT (for some reason)
The maintenance fee appears listed in addition to this at the top of the Z11 market overview.
0.2235 * (1-0.3131)^2 = 0.10545 ZEC, roughly the amount that I get in payment each 24 hrs.

I will start tracking the exact numbers to see if this is accurate.

For me payments was started since 03 Sep, directly after HN notification.

Which types of hashrate do you hold? I have seen next to nothing for my 200+ Z11.

I understand that the disaster that hit has caused a lot of problems in the area of where the mining centers are located, but there has only been one mining disbursement in the last 25 days, and the most recent notification on Hashnest was back on Sept 2, 2020 saying that their power was coming back on, and that the Z11 among others would be mining again.

I am trying to be patient and wait for updates, but if we reach 30 days without any word or update then I will be compelled to divest from Hashnest instead of continuing to do business with them.

It has now been 20 days since the message giving an estimate of 10 - 15 days downtime. Could we please have an update?

Let me offer my sincere sympathies to those whose lives are impacted by these floods. I hadn't heard anything about this until it was mentioned here.

The current situation with the flooding sounds like the perfect time to resolve the Z11 issues while everything is down. Shift them around, change the connectivity, move them to different locations, whatever you need to do to get them back up and running at full capacity when the issue is dealt with.

I hope that the Hashnest representative posting here and their family is safe from this disaster.

I'm not seeing anything about redeeming hashrate for hardware anymore. Do they not offer this anymore?

Same for me. No Z11 payout at all.

Sounds like they need to both invest in more people to resolve their problems rather than waiting on some lone engineer, and they need to invest in battery backups for the crappy electricity provider.

I now second the question: When will the Z11's be operating at more than half capacity?

I just returned to Hashnest after clearing out a year and a half ago from health-related financial troubles. Got a few quick questions:

First, I get that everything is going by USDT values on the market now, and was able to buy some hashrate, but I remember the payouts starting to sprinkle in fairly quickly. So far I've not gotten any ZEC at all despite Antpool showing a bunch of mining going on. What gives?

I saw posts from weeks ago about them upgrading / moving Z11 systems. Has it been down all this time?

The old system had a way of showing your contribution shares according to your hashing power and the equivalent payouts and maintenance fees. Do they still have that hidden somewhere?

Also, what happened to the coin exchange markets? Are they gone or moved?

Any responses would be appreciated.
