He steal accounts with different bitcointalk/telegram accounts and selling the accounts from the peoples he steal with different bitcointalk/telegram accounts.

His previous shoppy account from his previous thread is terminated, and now put only his telegram for contact.

His escrow title is fake as well, you can try with bitify or bitcointalk escrows, he will refuse that. he just waiting to receive payments without any escrow.
