If it's a scam, I doubt they burned anything. Just kept the tokens in case they increase in value, if the project is rescued.

I'm guessing, but maybe with the fees, the amount comes to more than 100.13 MAG. The 1,000 MAG for your MN are locked, so perhaps that's why it's failing. If you send a smaller amount, does it work?

192.168.xxx.xxx is a private IP range. Nothing with an IP number that starts with 192.168 is accessible on the public internet.

Dev, what's the public IP of the block explorer (if there is one)?

How many BIX must be sold for the project to move forward, and what happens if you fail to sell enough? AFAICT, you've only sold about 1200 BIX, so far, out of 150,000 is that right?
