Отчет за две недели (20 ноября — 3 декабря)

Мы готовились к “Криптоконференции” в Сколково, а также организовывали встречи с нужными для проекта людьми, так что не успели сделать отчет за предпоследнюю неделю ноября. Поэтому публикуем отчет за две недели. Нам есть о чем рассказать.


1. Мы решили выяснить, чем могут помочь Digmus лоббисты — посредники между бизнесом и властью. Для этого наш СЕО Михаил Назарук встретился с одним представителем этой профессии в Ростове-на-Дону, с другим — в Москве. Краткий вывод из встреч: потенциально лоббисты могут помочь с внедрением Digmus в схему обязательной маркировки товаров в России, однако для этого проекту надо окрепнуть. Задача Digmus №1 — завершить разработку прототипа системы. Это поможет представить проект заинтересованным сторонам, также будет проще выйти на ICO и заинтересовать инвесторов.

2. 28 ноября Михаил Назарук побывал в Сколково на Криптоконференции. Чем интересно именно это мероприятие? Это крупнейшая конференция по крипте и ICO в Москве, собравшая 1,5 тысячи участников. Кроме того, проводилась она в Сколково, который несколько лет назад позиционировался как “Российская кремниевая долина”. Михаил говорит, что конференция помогла понять текущую ситуацию на крипторынке и рынке ICO в России (об этом можно почитать в его блоге). Также список пополнился новыми контактами частных инвесторов и людей, которые занимаются GR.

3. В конце месяца мы встретились с представителем международной нефтегазовой компании на их заводе по производству смазочных материалов. Он согласился с тем, что проблема контрафакта есть, в компании ее пытаются решить уже много лет, но до конца не получается. Он признал, что необходимо, чтобы защитой масел в стране занималась независимая организация, внедрялось комплексное решение для всех автомасел. Менеджмент еще будет думать о внедрении Digmus у себя на заводе, но решение это небыстрое.

4. Разрабатываем мотивационные инструменты для людей, которые верят в идею и нам помогают, так как очевидно, что проект из краткосрочного превращается в долгосрочный, и людей надо мотивировать на длительное сотрудничество.

5. Из приятных мелочей — статья о выборе юрисдикции для ICO неожиданно была выбрана для подборки Startup в Медиуме, и больше людей узнали о Digmus, пожелав нам удачи в начинаниях.

Two weeks’ report (November, 20 — December, 3)

We were getting ready for the Crypto conference in Skolkovo and also organized meetings with people that are essential for the project, so that we didn’t have a chance to draft a report over the penultimate week of November. That is why we are publishing a two weeks’ report. We have something to tell you.

1. We decided to find out how lobbyists — intermediaries between business and authorities — can help Digmus. For this purpose, our CEO Mikhail Nazaruk met with one of them in Rostov-on-Don and with another one in Moscow. Brief summary of the meetings: lobbyists can potentially help implement Digmus in the system of compulsory marking of goods in Russia, however, the project needs to get stronger for that. Task number one for Digmus is to finish the development of the system prototype. It will help present the project to stakeholders, facilitate an ICO and attract investors.



2. On November, 28 Mikhail Nazaruk attended the Crypto Conference in Skolkovo. Why is this event interesting? This is the biggest crypto and ICO conference in Moscow that hosted 1,5 thousand participants. Moreover, it was held in Skolkovo that was positioned a couple of years ago as the Russian Silicone Valley. Mikhail says that the conference helped him understand the current situation in the crypto and ICO markets in Russia (you can read about it in his blog). New contacts of private investors and those who deal with GR were added on the contact list.

3. In the end of the month, we met with representatives of an international oil and gas company at their lubricating oil factory. He agreed that there is a problem of counterfeits, the company has been trying to solve it for many years, however, they still don’t manage to eliminate it. He admitted that an independent organization should protect oils in the country and that a comprehensive solution for all motor oils needs to be implemented. The management still needs to consider the application of Digmus at their factory but this decision is not a fast one.

4. We are developing motivation tools for people who believe in the idea and help us as it is evident that a previously short-term project turns into a long-term one and people need to be motivated to build long-lasting cooperation.

5. Short but rewarding news — the article on the choice of jurisdictions for an ICO was unexpectedly picked up for “Startup” on Medium and more people found out about Digmus also wishing us good luck in our endeavor.

Weekly report (November, 6–12)



1. Negotiations with one of auto chemicals producers expanded beyond Russia. Managers of a German company are about to take a decision on Digmus implementation. We are talking about the protection of Swd-Rheinol oil. In Russia, company representatives work mainly with big automobile repair shops. Innovative protection will help the company be more confident in the retail market and we will be able to develop a system working prototype tailored to a real industrial process.



Main points of negotiations:
— The implementation of NFC chips is the best solution for motor oil protected by Digmus.
— The chip can be easily placed under the cap.
— Protection is only required for oil sold in Russia and the CIS as the chance of buying counterfeit oil in Europe is next to nothing.

2. There is also news on NFC chips. We received the first batch of chips that had been made specifically for Digmus considering our needs. We are planning to start implementing them in demos. 3. Last week we also conducted negotiations with the CEO of one of Russian top pharmaceutical companies. The CEO was interested in our solution, however, he was concerned with an increase in drug cost if protection is implemented. Probably, the best way to protect drugs is to place a QR code on them and fully disclose information on a drug after scanning including sales region and the number of code scans.

Token price was the lowest during Pre-ICO; any presale price will be at most that low, likely higher. It's 48% discount, there is no way to sell it cheaper without affecting other participants.

We are going to use blockchain database instead of centralized. The use of a blockchain repository instead of a centralized database is predicated on two objectives. First, a blockchain is something consumers and manufacturers are more likely to trust. Second, it allows us to create the investment system described later in this document, where the issued token value is directly linked to our success in the market.
All the data will be encrypted, so there's no way to spy using that kind of data.

Отчет за неделю (6–12 ноября)



1. Переговоры с одним из производителей автохимии вышли за пределы России. Решение о внедрении Digmus должен вынести менеджмент компании в Германии. Речь идет о защите масла Swd-Rheinol. В России представители компании работают, в основном, с крупными автосервисами. Использование инновационной защиты позволит компании более уверенно работать в розничном сегменте рынка, а нам — создать рабочий прототип системы под реальный производственный процесс.



Результаты переговоров в тезисах:

— При использовании защиты Digmus оптимальное решение для моторного масла — внедрение NFC-чипов.
— Чип удобнее разместить под крышкой.
— Защита требуется только для масла, которое планируется реализовать в России и СНГ, так как шанс встретиться с подделкой масла в Европе близок к нулю.

2. Есть новость и о NFC-чипах. Нам пришла первая заказанная партия чипов, сделанная специально под нужды Digmus (на первом фото). Планируем начать их внедрение в демонстрационные образцы. Статью о том, Digmus может защитить товар благодаря NFC, все еще можно прочитать здесь https://goo.gl/QoqpbS

3. На прошлой неделе также состоялись переговоры с директором одной из ведущих российских фармацевтических компаний. Директор заинтересовался разработкой, однако выразил обеспокоенность увеличением себестоимости лекарства при внедрении защиты. Вероятно, оптимальная защита лекарств — нанесение QR-кода, а при сканировании — выдача полной информации о лекарстве, включая регион продажи, и количестве сканирований кода.

Токены DGM представляют собой долю в эмиссии валюты системы Digmus — GEN. Каждый новый выпуск монет будет увеличивать баланс GEN в кошельках владельцев токенов пропорционально их доле от общего количества токенов DGM. Эмиссия будет осуществляться особым образом, который обеспечит твердую верхнюю планку валюты GEN. Производители cмогут либо приобрести GEN на бирже у держателей токенов, либо заказать их у Digmus по фиксированной цене $0.05 за 1 GEN. Один раз в 2 месяца Digmus будет производить эмиссию заказанных GEN. Владельцы токенов DGM будут получать 30% от суммы дополнительной эмиссии, которые будут распределяться пропорционально количеству токенов DGM, и иметь право продавать их производителям по любой цене. Общий выпуск валюты равен 1.3 * X, где X — количество заказанной производителями валюты GEN.

Digmus tokens represent a share in the Digmus currency (GEN) emission. In the case of any such currency emission, the GEN balance of token owners will be increased in proportion to their share of DGM tokens. The emission will be managed in such a way as to insure a hard price cap for GEN coins.
GEN coins will be acquirable either on the exchange from token owners, or through a direct order from Digmus at a cost of $0.05 per GEN. Ordered tokens will be issued once every 2 months. At that time, token owners will receive 30% of the issued coins in proportion to the number of tokens they own, with the right to sell them at any cost they choose. This means the total amount of coins issued will be equal to 1.3X, where X is the number of coins manufacturers placed an order for.
