You failed to address in the OP that "German Silver" is a Copper/Nickel alloy. It is worth much less than Silver, and yet you are quoting Silver spot prices. How are you valuing the company/project?
Are you willing to set progress goals and relinquish control of all the project's assets if you fail to meet those goals on time? Otherwise there is the carrot (completed project you have equity in) but no stick to pressure the project to timely completion...

As a bit of constructive criticism, I suggest that you not mark orders "Shipped" when they have not yet been picked up by USPS. It confuses your customers, as "Shipped" boxes can be stuck in your 'shipping queue' for upwards of a week with the tracking number showing that the USPS does not have them. If it's in your "shipping queue" it should still say "processing"

I don't understand how you could be suffering from a "temporarily negative house edge". Roulette always has a positive expectation for the house...the edge is always in favor of the house. Are you experiencing negative variance? How much do you need and what are your terms? I agree with the previous poster that if you are soliciting for investments you should do it in the open. Are you willing to open your books to potential investors?

Several questions:
What is the reserve price? Are you accepting BTC? Have all your stated sales originated from your site or other sites? Do you sell on other sites (eBay, amazon...)? Does your drop shipper specialize in quilts? What kind of volume does the drop shipper do? Approx. how many other sites sell the exact same product? Is the order forwarding automated? Exactly what processes are not automated? Who handles the returns? Who pays for defective product? Who pays the shipping costs of returned product?
