Where does it say that I need to make deposit to unlock coins?
Friend of mine told me, that he had send email to support regarding locked coins. So far no answer.

site is up again and as mentioned above its difficult to sign up
login with google account it is different from the past

Is your coins locked also?
For me all coins are locked and can be unlocked with credits, which seems very suspicious.
Hope they release some information in twitter or in their site soon.

Site seems to be up again.
Seems that some coins are no longer available.
Also all coins are now locked. For me it says to unlock with credits.
Logging in to site is also complicated and managed to log in after few try.
Not that I was keeping my hopes high, but now it seems even more shady.

Can you tell me why old users has locked Neo coin and new users has it unlocked? Asking this behalf of my friend.

Just registered this site and all seems to be working good!
Is it true tho that old users needs to unlock Neo coin with credits? For me Neo coin is automatically unlocked. Asking because I registered under my friend who is old user and he seems to have locked Neo coin.
