I try mining scrypt but it isn't working, it work fine earlier whith amd sdk 2.4

Earlier all work good (on cgminer, and scrypt guiminer), but when i reinstalled system it not work, maybe it ATI SDK or other driver, what driver best for scrypt mining on ATI HD 6900, Core 750 Mhz, Memory 1200 MHz, 2048 MB?

Earlier (i reinstalled system) i was mining 270 kH.
