I believe everyone who are afraid to invest because they don't really understand what cryptocurrency is. and some of them afraid because of the current condition where there are so many scam project/coins that keep on appearing these days.
Just like an account where one's fiat currencies are kept so also is wallet where digital assets or cryptocurrencies of crypto lovers are kept. Can the wallet be vulnerable to hacking and if possible how can that happen? If you have experienced it before, I want to learn from your experience.
That is possible doing it using a brute force, but that will takes a lot of time to do that, another method could be by phishing, where our private key being stolen after we enter it in a phishing website that look just like the original website.

Re: If an ICO team is anonymous, is it a scam?

I'ts not totally true if the anonymous team is an indication for a scam, but for me i prefer to choose another project that has transparency for their team members. That way we could fully put our trust on the project.
I am newbie and some of my friends who are already into crypto market say I am late. This isn't the time to start investments and I must refrain and just research for later.
Do you think the same? Is it really not the time to invest as a beginner?
I'm disagree with your friends thought. cause cryptocurrency is still in the way of development to be even better in the future. You can't simply just by looking on the market condition that are dropping then saying you were late just because of the condition of the market.

To minimize the risk of loosing, I usually keep some spare of my fund frozen. and put my investment on several different coins. So whenever one coins facing a loss, and the other coins get its profit, then i could cover the loss.

I believe content creation and signature campaign could generate good amount of reward if compared to another bounty campaign. Last year, social media could also generate good amount of reward, but today it's not profitable anymore.

I personally choose XRP over BTC, based on its price, there is higher chance to get more profit if i put my investment on XRP. In my calculation, the more coins that i have, the more chance i could get more profit.

Re: What are your views on cryptocurrencies

We all know that the current market condition is rather bad, but i can see that some coin are showing a significant growth on their price. That could be a sing that there are still good future for cryptocurrency.
As we all know it when bitcoin price goes down, most of the coins are heading down too. That's because bitcoin it is the Heart of all coins if its sound then all of the coins are good, if it's Bad then all of the coins are going down too. most of the time other coins are following the bitcoin price. just look up the market right now.
That is what happen in the crptocurrency world, anything that happen to Bitcoin always affecting another altcoins. I can't really sure what makes that to happen, perhaps that because bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency, and the other altcoin is tend to follow bitcoin's footstep.
Is it true that 90 percent of the altcoin will die after the bitcoin bubble burst? If so how can i choose to invest in coins now?
I don't really sure how many coin will die, but i'm sure some of the coins that available today will meet their end. When that time comes, i hope the surviving coins will be able to become stronger and increase their value.

Re: How much do you invest in a new ICO?

I'm never make an investment on ICO using my money, all i've done is investing my time to help promoting the project while it still in an ICO session through the bounty campaign.
I have read many posts condemning the impatience of bounty hunters who sell off rewards as soon as it is received. My question is, can bounties run and achieve success on their own without Hunters?
No bounty can exists without hunters. But the current shift is to find hunters who are contributing good quality posts here. Earlier the criteria was based just on rank which was independent of merits. Now we have merits to reward users who are making good posts. Campaigns are more benefited by such users.
Indeed, that is something like a singe package that can't be separated. When ever a project opening a bounty, then automatically the bounty hunter will come to join.

I think there is still no sign that at the end of this year will be a bull run. From the market condition, all the coins seems to be stable and some of them are dropping even if its just a little.

I'm also feel sick on the rules that there will be no KYC at the beginning of the campaign. That makes me feel worried if my data will be used for doing something bad.
I think that the sale will also bring little, because everything will be at a loss, so its hard to say what strategy to choose
why are you confused to decide? if you believe in the growth of the altcoin you have then you can easily determine the attitude of the coins you have.
Yes, just believe in crypto that it will rise again so keep on hodling your coin to earn good profits .It was depended on your decision in this decentralized investment ,if you have a strong heart it can go with a positive result.
That what i also hope by hodling some of the coins that i had. Hoping that someday there are people who will pump the coins, so the price will goes to the moon.
I am interested to invest on a not well known coin and newly released, what are the factors I need to consider to take a look to know if this coin has a bright future?
Can you give an example of a altcoin that you think will have a good value in the future and why? please give your explanation.
To choose which coin is good to invest would be to check on the project, does many people utilizing that project or the project has a possibilities to be implemented for daily need. And also check on the market volume, does it has a big transaction volume or not.

I think Ethereum is in a not so good condition at this moment, the price seems stuck at around $200. Perhaps we should wait a little and look for the condition later, before we put an investation in ethereum right now.

Usually at every start of new project or when i'm looking for a project to join into the bounty campaign. I will check all the data provided by the project while cross checking any other data from many source if possible. Including to check the member of the team, is it valid or not.
