Global update is ready! It is mostly a bugfix release, the more significant upgrades are coming next month. You can download PhoenixMiner 6.3b from here:

PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Windows.zip
PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Linux.tar.gz

The new features in this release are:

  • ETHW mining
Code:
PhoenixMiner -pool stratum+tcp://ethw.2miners.com:2020 -wal YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS.RIG_ID
or
Code:
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool stratum+tcp://ethw.2miners.com:2020 -wal YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS -worker Rig1 -pass x

  • KawPow mining
Code:
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool rvn.2miners.com:6060 -wal YourRavenWalletAddress -worker Rig1 -coin rvn

  • Kaspa mining
Code:
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool stratum+tcp://acc-pool.pw:16061 -wal YourKaspaWalletAddress -coin kaspa

  • Ergo mining
Code:
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool erg.2miners.com:8888 -wal YourErgoWalletAddress -coin erg

  • Fixed an issue with ETC mining
  • Show the GPU vendor name in the list of GPUs to make it easier to identify the GPUs

Hello everyone,
I've been mining a couple of days on Mining Pool Hub and I guess I'm confused about the return. I am mining Verge (scrypt) with L3+. I am averaging 50 xvg per miner (19 miners). This seems low . what about you? are you mining more? or is this ball park? Thanks

Re: Antminer D3 Chain 3 missing

Same here.

Chain 3 is completely missing from miner status. After the restart all chains powered, hashrate summary shows around 19GH/s and that's the number showing in my mining pool also. So it seems like chain 3 is working, atleast partially.

However chain 2 shows missing ASIC's and both chain 1 and 2 have lots of HW errors when chain 3 is powered. Chain 3 off both chains 1 and 2 are working just fine with only few HW errors. So it might be bad for healthy boards/main board to keep chain 3 connected.

Reloading firmware back and forth helps nothing, so it's propably hardware issue. On the other hand, now when I think of it, board 3 disappeared right after changing pool to Nicehash couple days ago. So who knows..

F**k it. I'm not sending them a hashboard and spend another $100-150 for this non-profit piece of s**t. Atleast not yet when I have 2,5 months of warranty time left and naturally something else will break during that time.

BTW, when did they change warranty time from 180 days to 90? For what I remember when ordering in early september, it was 180 days. Changing it post order is bullshit.

Website still shows 180 days warranty for D3. At least they're not complete crooks ;-)

same issue here.Out of ten machines one hash chain is missing and other hash board not fully functional. Started repair ticket with bitmain . They should reply (when they feel like it) albeit slowly....

Re: Antminer D3 Blissz firmware (18/11 update available!)

Just tried giving custom firmware a shot with various settings and sadly unit stopped hashing after only a couple of minutes.  Will give it another crack here hopefully sometime later today.

Still trying to figure out the value of this firmware upgrade
at stock settings I'm getting 18.9 gHz fans @ 2580 and 3390.
so it's less noisy  and generates less profit.
plus I have to pay dev fee 1.5%.
When I undervoltage even less profit and HW errors
I have a watt meter coming in soon I will keep you updated if it's worth it.....
I'm not trying to be negative here but these are my observations so far .
I will post again with energy usage

HW errors @ 18/11 stock settings , going back to bitmain firmware Undecided

...

Hi guys, I guess you're all having the same issue:

Here are some starting points:

for silence and best efficiency / miner lifetime

Expected hashrate: 15Mh/s to 17 Mh/s (my personal preference)
Expected power usage: 700 - 780 watt

set the frequency at "400mhz", set the voltage to "lowest". Now slowly increase the frequency until you see HW errors. When you have a few HW errors an hour you found the sweet spot
set the fan speed manual somewhere between 20 - 30 percent. Chip temp should be somewhere between 75 - 80 degrees max.

For stock performance at lowest possible power usage

Expected hashrate: 18-5Mh/s to 19Mh/s
Expected power usage: 950 - 1100 watt

set the fan speed manual to 50% (adjust this later to your needs. Max chip temp should be 85 deg)
set the frequency at "525mhz", set the voltage to "15". Now decrease the voltage until you see HW errors. When you have a few HW errors an hour you found the sweet spot

For Extreme performance (this is not recommended for 24/7 usage)

Expected hashrate: 21Mh/s
Expected power usage: 1300 - 1400 watt

set the fan speed manual to 100% (adjust this later to your needs. Max chip temp should be 85 deg)
set the frequency at "600mhz", set the voltage to "20". Now decrease the voltage until you see HW errors. When you have a few HW errors an hour you found the sweet spot

Thanks!
