offline signing of BCC transaction using normal (non-BCC) Electrum
I understand the recommended process to extract BCC form an Electrum wallet: move BTC to new wallet first, install or restore old wallet with Electrum Cash, move BCC coins. Is it possible for Electrum to sign unsigned transactions created by Electrum Cash?

That isn't the way the bitcoin protocol works. It will adjust to a 10 minute confirmation regardless of the direction difficulty goes.If network hashrate drops by a small amount - then what you say is correct, if hashrate drops by 90% in an extremely short period of time, it'll take 140 days to confirm all the necessary blocks for the next diff adjustment.

Friedcat and/or board members: Given the implosion/hack/scam of hashie, can you verify that you are getting periodic AM ownership database dumps from Havelock as well (both for AM shares and AMHash), so there is a chance for reconciling share ownership should something happen with Havelock? Thanks.

I gotta say this is a tad uncalled for... FC has communicated more than ever (well except for the funding and early gen 1 period) over the last weeks or so. The 1/10 points at communication deserve at least something better

What I hear is the whoosh of wind leaving the profitability sails of other miner manufacturers. It is pretty clear FC is opening a bag of hurt on the SP35 and others. I wouldn't want to try to compete with the cost reduction capabilities of Chinese manufacturers.

Although looking at BTCGuild's block find history it doesn't look like it has found blocks in every hour that we've seen the 10 BTC deposits occur. Some hours more than 1 block is found, but in some of the hours no blocks were found (but the 10 BTC still transferred).
I've never used BTCGuild before though; can anyone familiar with their payout options explain what might be occurring?

I am not hating it is just feel like another push the price up for a seconds scheme.
Given how thin the order book is on Havelock, this seems unlikely. That is, given the cost (50BTC at the moment) the price on Havelock would have to increase significantly more (or the order book is going to have to become much more dense) for it to be a profitable manipulation.Re: ASICMINER TUBE first look :) IKEA style miner first time ever

Can you break the chain into 2 or three chains? That would protect from a bad board knocking

it is not like this.
i had one tube offline at chain (unplugged due to power loss) and rest is working
one cutoff dont slice chain, just signals pass the dead tube
dont forget to reset/power on/off controller after adding/powering on tubes
One of the other people in the GB posted that his would not start until bad board's were removed
thus my assumption.
