Re: How much effort should one put into Bitcoin investments

Everyone who was able to hold for the past ten years, (2013-2023) are in a much different financial space because of their initial investment.

I think the effort versus the reward has been the greatest I've seen in my lifetime.

I think it was a wonderful way to introduce them to the bitcoin ecosystem.

Them having it in their wallets will speed up their learning process, and I think will definitely increase their interest and help them with the learning curve when it comes to actually accumulating, buying and selling bitcoin.

In my country now a nice one bedroom apartment goes for about $200 USD and food is very cheap as well here. Someone making $1000+ a month from a signature campaign can live a very good life.

Re: What could have Satoshi faced if he made himself known from the beginning

Seeing the recent fate of the creator of Cash App, Bob Lee,  I don't blame Satoshi from staying in the shadows.  There are some dangerous people who are behind the current financial system
Cashapp owner, Bob Lee was stabbed to death in San Francisco, however the news is still unclear because he's definitely one of the good guys we have in the space and made payment a little bit easier for transactions. He mainly focus on America for his business and his idea was welcom by the Americans. Satoshi Nakamoto would have been a prime target by top influential in the world, they would work day and night just to eliminate him from the market because his presence is a threat to their businesses and Satoshi have growned over the years without any form of recognition of his face, it's meant to be discreet and it's quite good for him.

The day after his murder this was the announcement made by the federal government:

The U.S. Federal Reserve Banking System Is Launching Its Own "Cash App" Called "Fed Now" In July. This Is A Movement Towards Getting Rid Of Physical Money And Having Digital Currensy

The Federal Reserve is developing the FedNow Service, a safe and efficient instant payments infrastructure that will modernize the U.S. payment system and enable financial institutions of all sizes to offer customers the ability to send and receive money in near real time, around the clock, 365 days a year.

"Today, consumers want to send and receive money in seconds – also known as instant payments. The payments industry has worked quickly to meet this demand, but the solutions aren’t without growing pains,” says Ken Montgomery, FedNow program executive. “The time for modernizing our nation’s payment system is now."

Now looking at it,  the timing feels very coincidental.

Re: 13 inbred European Bloodlines feeding people insects and mealworms
by

Eating insects does not mean that there is already an illuminati cult behind. The masters in eating insects are the Chinese they are farming cockroaches to sell in pharmaceuticals and others for eating. Chinese eats worms, beetles, cockroaches, rodents, snakes, locust and many more. They are not illuminati foods its just that they are edible and a good source of protein. In my country we ate also locust in large quantity since when locust breeds they became a plague and eats all of our crops and to overcome the losses in investment we catch them and cook then sell them beside streets to gain profit.

How are the locust prepared, and what do they taste like? Are they eaten as a snack or as a main protein in meals?

Re: Americans will burn in hell for eternity
by

The people of the U.S. have struck a bargain with Satan where a special area in hell has been reserved just for them.

As they have achieved their end of the deal by committing more evil than any other peoples throughout history, the vast majority of Americans will enjoy a slightly cooler area in the fire-pit where they will burn eternally.

How do Black Americans fit into this equation then? It seems like they've been getting the short end of the stick when it comes to this deal for the past 400 years. At times their experience in the USA has been hellish, and I have seen them receive non of the benefits of this bargain with Satan.

Becoming a full time day trader has the ability to offer you a financial stable life if can learn how to manage the risk involve in trading.

The issue is many are not prepared for the early loses that come with being inexperienced with trading, and then they quit before realizing the potential to become a profitable trader.

Risk versus reward becomes your best friend once you learn to properly manage your emotions and master a profitable strategy.

Learning from past mistakes is how humanity grows as well, that's the thing that allows us to grow as much as possible. I can tell you two things that history has proven so far

This is the reason i always recommend every new traders to start trading with real money and don't follow any youtuber or telegram channel. As a newbie one can make many mistakes but these mistake will teach many skills and every mistake will increase your confident and next time you will be able to trade free of tention and as OP mentioned The more you trade your emotion will be controlled.

Depending on how well a person is doing financially, maybe trading in a demo account until gathering experience may be a better option. I saw many traders get wiped out early on in the pandemic and they stopped trading because they couldn't afford to lose the amounts of money that they lost, and felt "cheated."

People are wired to work ad gain income from their work, losing large amounts of money can break people down very early on and then they never gain the experience necessary to be profitable with their trading.

Re: Trade up capital: $200
by

on 11/04/2023, 14:00:34 UTC
It all depends on your knowledge of trading. When trading in the US stock market, big gains can be made from buying $200 worth of options contracts, but just as quickly as you gain, you could lose without proper knowledge and strategy.

I suggest learning all that you can before trading any money, having proper stops in place and not trying to swing for homeruns on every trade. Slow and steady wins the race.

Read up on compound interest, small gains quickly add up over time.

let them think what they want we know what we are  and we are certainly no scammers

seems like this forum wants to put us in a corner  to justify that they are above us and are right and we are wrong

One thing you both are, liars. Not only lying to others but also lying to yourself. And you PS are als a stalker. Writing people on telegram, also you called me in the middle of the night so I had to block you, just as I did here. 2 guys - 2 denied loans.

5 AM phone calls for a loan is out of control lol. Maybe they are in a different time zone, but it doesn't hurt to check with lender what time zone they are in before placing an unsolicited call to them. We all must have consideration for the schedule of each other.

Re: How honest and transparent are casinos?
by
dollarday
on 10/04/2023, 23:59:55 UTC
I think that it depends on the time the casino has been established in business, where it's located and how much it values reputation.
I have gotten bonuses, comped rooms, free show tickets, free buffets and thousands of dollars in play credits.

From my favorite two online casinos they have always honored deposit bonuses and all of it's promos. One has better video poker odds than most casinos and they have always paid out fairly, no matter how big the win. It's amazing really.

I recommend signing up for all membership programs at every casino that you frequent and taking advantage of all advertised bonuses and free plays if you are playing during those time periods.

In Vegas on Fremont, a free steak dinner for an hour of game play can be enough of a bonus to play a few hands and leave a little up or at break even. This giveaways are included in the budget and just go to waste if you don't take advantage of them.

Congratulations my friend, I am happy that we were able to achieve a lofty goal of yours. Continue working hard and you will continue to accumulate the things that you desire.

Those living in the first world don't understand how hard money is to come by in some third world countries. I see people selling excursions and products ine mo the tourist area for $10-20 US dollars a week and that pays their bills. The money made here is truly life-changing for many participants.

My source: from the US and currently living in a third-world nation.

Re: How much these features weigh most when you choose your favorite casino?
by

For me, being able to make BTC deposits and withdrawals as well as the casino being a long trusted name matters the most to me.

The deals, bonuses and great odds / games mean nothing if the casino is going to cheat you, or even worse not payout your winnings.

You have to trust a place you are sending your BTC with no recourse.

Re: A Thought On Gambling Strategies
by

on 10/04/2023, 16:45:37 UTC
There are strategies that work depending on the games you select, your knowledge of the game and your experience playing.

Thanks to video poker I have gotten comped hotel rooms and buffets for the past 15 years. I can play for hours and run my points up and walk away at least at break even every time.

Your (at times unrealistic) goals and expectations have a lot to do with rendering a winning strategy ineffective.

Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻
by
dollarday
on 05/04/2023, 22:17:42 UTC
meanwhile, the president of El salvador is raising over $1 billion to finance his Bitcoin city project.
what a smart move for a developing country.
of course nayib bukele planned all of this very carefully, by building the world's first bitcoin city, making el Salvador a special attraction. especially for bitcoiners, if the project is finished it is possible that many people will come there when the bitcoin city is finished.

a few months ago the bitcoin city design that will be made in el Salvador has also received an award by LOOP design awards in the field of architecture and interior design
Quote
"The LOOP Design Awards honor the most outstanding projects in architecture and interior design from the point of view of a jury of more than 25 experts."
reading source: https://blockchainmedia.id/design-kota-bitcoin-el-salvador-diganjar-penghargaan/

with this award it will certainly add to the interest and curiosity of the bitcoin city, hopefully everything goes for its development.
and hopefully bitcoin will continue to grow and become a digital asset/money that has a positive impact on this world.

I'm going to look into taking a trip to El Salvador this year, i would like to see how modernize the major city is new, and gauge whether the bitcoin city will be a vacation attraction or a place to possibly relocate.

⭐ Merited by o_e_l_e_o (4)
Both Localbitcoin and Paxful presented a ton of anonymous yet safe options to buy bitcoin
Neither LBC nor Paxful were in any way anonymous - they were both entirely centralized and required all the usual ridiculous KYC. If you used either you did not have a shred of privacy.

It seems for western-based traders only bitcoin atms and exchanges that are fall under KYC rules will be available to buy and sell bitcoin.
Not true. There are dozens of actually peer to peer/decentralized/anonymous exchanges: https://kycnot.me/

Does this kill off in person trades in the US.
Well, considering I've been trading in person for years and have never once used Paxful, the answer to that is a resounding no.

I was trading heavily on localbitcoins for years, in person trades and money transfer services and I never had to fill out any KYC forms. Never sent in ID, or any identifying information outside of a phone number that I used to talk to buyers and sellers. Not sure why you feel there was no privacy? Access to the communications during the open trades? I found it extremely useful to have a web of trust with people I traded big amounts of coin with.

I was previously unaware of kycnot.me I'll look through the site, thank you for the recommendation.
