When will the Agama Windows Desktop wallet be available for download (0.3.5)?
As i read it needs 0.3.5 for voting and i would of course like to vote.

I used Agama Wallet Portable 0.3.5 here below:

It is a winRAR ZIP I extracted to the same down load folder and it was ready to go opening from the down load folder.
I have 2 now that I can run because my installation of Agama Desktop Wallet 0.3.4 still works as well but am only using lite mode.

0.2.42c is the latest. The one on komodoplatform.com will be updated soon by the team.
Komodo team should think about a different and more clearer versioning. Sometimes, it is very confusing, not only for beginners but even for advanced users.
How is it confusing? 42 > 41. The reason it isn't on the website yet is that it was being beta tested from PIRATE integration, among other things.

Did a clean install , version 0.2.42c (Win 7 64bit) (not portable version)

Currently I prefer Komodo over (removed) but I am not sure if Komodo is really a privacy coin 
Yes it will perform as a privacy coin with Zero Knowledge Snarks and Jumbler added to obfuscate transactions at both ends of the transaction, as far as I know no other coin provides this level of privacy.
I wouldn't call it a privacy coin like the one you mentioned though because it is more of a platform with A1 privacy, rather than just a coin.
It will do Atomic Swaps as well as 1 million transactions a second plus it will be Smart Contract enabled soon but saying that Atomic Swaps are performed with Smart Contracts so it is already doing that as a function.
I think you best look at the below, for more you can do with KMD.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone dumping their bags at a loss because they have an issue with 1 GUI out of the dozens of platform projects; I promise that when the market goes back up, I'll spend the profits you're giving up on so many nice things for myself.

The desktop wallets on https://komodoplatform.com don't seem to download, is the wallet under maintenance?
