Most of his stuff goes for six figures or more, except (perhaps!) for the Public Keys, which he made for "the plebs." Somewhat by chance, only 210 were made:

It is a very nice gesture, but IMHO not necessary ... I agree with the other commenters that the format of this auction was fairly standard.
The biggest pain was simply the bulletin-board format of BitcoinTalk, combined with the posting limits imposed on newbies (I had to create 2 separate accounts to keep up with the bids).
