I don't expect another bull run anytime soon. The one we witnessed this year was unique. Not so far from exceptional. My prediction... I don't think we will have a huge bounce back in the next 3 months sadly. The market is bearish and its a common trend. By the EOY the music will change for sure. HODL anyway.

There are many bad coins, not all Alt coins. Onething I don't understand is why do we need so many platforms when there aren't many projects out there to use them?Also we have pretty much same number of exchanges available in count as total Altcoins. Crazy.
Agreeing with your statement is not that all cryptocurrencies will be zeroed, but the vast majority are really worthless.Regardless, we can still find that there is a few projects have the future.

I'm wondering what everyone's opinion is on ICOs, in general, and what your guidelines for investment might be. Note, this isn't a standard "should I invest in btc or X, Y or Z thread, but more of a place to share some strategies.
Personally I always start with the whitepaper and research it and its merit. If it sounds reasonable, I try to answer the question of "what problem does this ICO solve?" - is there a need for it, or, is it simply applying blockchain to some aspect of some industry for no real reason.
Finally, I look at the team. Have I heard of anyone, can I find them on twitter or LinkedIn, etc.
Anyone have other strategies they are willing to share? Looking forward to the discussion!
