Take a closer look at the CFO, David Vincent.

He is also the CEO of Canadian publicly listed company Canamex.

Canamex received a cease trade order from the securities exchange in 2018 because of a security token issue, and he is doing nothing while shareholders still cannot trade their shares.

Take a look at the announcement: https://www.securities.io/canamex-starts-offering-gold-and-silver-backed-security-tokens/

Why is he now working with a team from New Dawn Capital pty ltd, who were supposed to fund his token scheme but did not?

Why is he now working with a team from MaltaDX, who were supposed to trade his token scheme but did not?

Why isn't he doing anything for the shareholders of the company that pay him a wage? David Vincent does not even live in Canada, but he has blamed Covid for not delivering results for the last year.

Those who would like to do more research rather than just listen to shills could do a lot worse that browsing these forums, although there are a lot of complaints so it might take a while:

https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=c.csq
https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.alta
https://ceo.ca/csq

If David Vincent cannot deliver value or even updates for shareholders in a transparent regulatory environment like a Canadian stock exchange, then how could anyone expect him to do so on the blockchain in an opaque jurisdiction like Labuan?

Every company that has had David Vincent involved has failed, while he gets wealthier.

CFO David Vincent also announced a deal with the New Dawn Fund in 2019.

https://medium.com/canamexgold/canamex-gold-corp-news-release-02-01-19-e10cffbb3ad5

These "backed by gold" "30% discount to spot market" tokens will become worthless about a week from now when Canamex defaults on their debenture and loses their right to mine the Bruner gold land.

David Vincent and Canamex were also involved in Metalstream, another blockchain scam offering tokens "backed by gold".

Birds of a feather flock together it seems.

I agree.

ICO's / STO's were the hot topic in 2018 when they scammed with the Malta Digital Exchange.
DeFi is the got topic this year so they launched Lendefi.

These men are parasites and need to be purged.

And yes for sharing this factual information with links to all kinds of 100% real evidence (including a recorded confession of these claims from Robin Dey himself where he admits to the killing and being a part of the 3 companies mentioned) a website has been made to try and discredit me.

I have always been fully transparent with my community and you can see my very public post here = https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=467641.msg54908396#msg54908396

You guys really are outmatched here and the evidence speaks for itself.

I will chime in here.

If you want the full story here it is.

Please do your own research.

THE MURDER

Lendefi founder Robin Dey is a convicted killer and involved in several fraudulent investment schemes.

Robin Dey and Simon Nicholas Kell were charged with murder, for killing a former boyfriend of Kell's sister, Tyrone Shepherd, on June 26, 2007.

Simon Kell and Robin Dey had known each other since their days at a prestigious Melbourne boys school, Carey Grammar, but their friendship ended after they turned on each other.

Kell, 27 and Dey, 25, each blamed the other for stabbing 36-year-old Tyrone David Shepherd, of Glen Waverley, outside his ex-girlfriend Sarah Kell's house at Ashwood in June 2007.

Mr Rose said Dey, 25, had a hunting knife and Kell, 27, had a baseball bat which they used to repeatedly strike Mr Shepherd. He died from stab wounds to the chest shortly after.

Mr Rose said there was no sign Mr Shepherd was armed.

After the incident, both accused went to Dey's parents' house where they tried to hide the clothes they were wearing, Mr Rose said.

They also allegedly asked them to help provide a false alibi and hid the weapons.

Kell initially denied knowledge of the incident but later admitted he and Dey went to his sister's house where they fought with Mr Shepherd.

A Victorian Supreme Court jury could not determine who dealt the fatal blow and Justice Lex Lasry held them equally culpable, sentencing them both on Thursday to 10 years' prison with a minimum of seven years.

Kell and Dey, both of Camberwell, pleaded not guilty to murder but were found guilty of manslaughter.[/size]

Robin Dey’s 1st Known Fraudulent Business Scheme – New Dawn Fund

Robin Dey’s Linked-in account - https://www.linkedin.com/in/robin-dey/

In May 2018, Robin Dey released several press releases and began illegally raising funds for his company – New Dawn Fund.

https://www.medianet.com.au/releases/161398/

This company was quickly issued a stop order from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for:

- The use of misleading or deceptive statements in sales and marketing materials;
- Operating an illegal unregistered managed investment scheme (MIS);
- Not holding an Australian financial services license.

On 13 September 2018, ASIC issued a final stop order on a Product Disclosure Statement issued by Investors Exchange Limited (IEL) for units in the New Dawn Fund (Fund). The Fund was proposing to invest in a range of cryptocurrency assets. Following ASIC raising concerns about the PDS, IEL consented to a final stop order so that no units could be obtained under the PDS. ASIC acknowledges the co-operative approach taken by IEL in responding to ASIC’s concerns.

A full in-depth timeline of events related to the Malta DX scam including screenshots, emails, and recordings can be seen here

Some noteworthy facts:

In June of 2018 Robin Dey spearheaded the capital raising for Malta DX and provided investors with the following information memorandum promising 63X returns - https://www.dropbox.com/s/l6nbay94wv8p2p0/69852_MDX%20-%20Information%20Memorandum%20-%20v1.1.pdf?dl=0

This capital raising process breached the same rules that New Dawn Fund were shut down by ASIC for including misleading statements, operating illegally without a  financial services license, and targeting unqualified investors. They targeted amateur crypto currency traders.

Dey, Schultz, and Klink lied to seed investors and claimed to of secured a partnership with the Malta Stock Exchange and also claimed to have an investor who was going to purchase the entire $1 million dollar seed round but they could still make an exception if one acted quickly. It turns out the seed round was never actually closed and no partnership with the Malta Stock Exchange ever existed.

After securing seed capital a new PPM was created and withheld from seed investors.  This new PPM reduced seed investor shareholdings by 97%. Seed investors were then encouraged to convert their seed investment loan into shares under these new undisclosed terms and were told they were signing KYC/AML documents. https://www.dropbox.com/s/iea7mm4jdp5k21k/MDX%20Private%20Placement%20Memorandum.pdf?dl=0

When a seed investor discovered this fraud and the Malta DX team was confronted Robin Dey began harassing and threatening this individual insisting he drop the matter or face defamation charges, arrest, and deportation. He then went on to try and extort and blackmail this individual agreeing to not have the individual charged and arrested in exchange for $20,000 worth of Bitcoin. This was captured on audio recording along with screenshots of his attacks on various social media platforms. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/j9393ye01w6l8ty/AABWJ5W0t7jNYi3djFy1Rccra?dl=0

His last 3 businesses have been proven to be scams and he is also a convicted murderer.

Jim Stathopoulos is the founding CTO of Lendefi.

David Vincent is the CFO of Lendefi.
He is also the CEO of Canamex Gold Corp. which signed an MOU with the Malta Digital Exchange in 2018.

CEO Robin Dey Steps Down 09/02/2021 Upon Information Release

After this information went public the following statement was made on Telegram.
Robin was removed from the Lendefi.io website and Scott Schulz was installed as CEO.

After telling their community that the claims in this post were 100% false over the last week Robin Dey recorded a 46-minute farewell message where he admitted to being convicted of manslaughter for the killing of Tyrone Shepherd.

He also admitted to being involved in all 3 of the fraudulent businesses mentioned in this document but took no responsibility for any wrongdoing doing and even claimed it was ASIC’s fault that New Dawn Fund was issued a stop order.

He also claimed that if the killing would have happened in the USA or South Africa he would have been let off for self-defense.

But… They went there with a baseball bat and a knife, left a man to die on the driveway,  then tried to hide the evidence and get his parents to provide an alibi.

This recording can be heard here - https://gofile.io/d/fjKqBP

This convicted killer and scammer spent the last 15 minutes of the recording calling the whistle-blower a sick man, devil worshiper, and claimed he should be institutionalized.

The New CEO Scott Schulz

Scott is Robin Dey’s childhood friend and they have known each other since the age of 4 (according to Robins recording).
-    Scott Schulz Linkedin profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/scott-schulz/

Here we see New Dawn Fund listed as his previous companies which are also listed on Robin Dey’s LinkedIn profile.

Scott was the “Chief Innovation Officer” for Malta Digital Exchange but has completely removed any record of this from his profile along with all other associated parties. https://web.archive.org/web/20190107170039/https://www.maltadx.com/

Valid Questions One Might Ask

Why did all of these men completely remove any trace of their association with the Malta Digital Exchange project if the project was completely legitimate?

Was it really the Australian Securities and Investment Commissions (ASIC) fault that New Dawn Fund was issued a stop order?

What previous successful blockchain projects can you list and provide proof of?

What previous “multitude” of successful fintech businesses can you list and provide proof of?

The new CEO lists Coles Group (which is a grocery store) as the bulk of his adult employment experience where he worked as a product tester…  How does this relate to blockchain and Fintech?

Why are these Australian citizens using a financial services license from Labuan, Malaysia, instead of from Australia?

Why were all of the claims in this document declared as FUD and 100% false only 1 week ago but they are now admitting to of been involved in every single scandal although they claim no wrongdoing of any kind.

Conclusion

The evidence clearly speaks for itself.

Only in the cryptocurrency industry can a man convicted of killing someone run back-to-back-to-back-to-back scams with some of the same core team members, pretend to be a DeFi expert (since it's trending currently), and raise money from the public.

He has claimed to of exited the project but I don't think anyone is dumb enough to believe that removing your name from the website and replacing yourself with your childhood buddy who was your right-hand man in your previous scams is legitimate.

Shame on the Lendefi founders and select team members.

The court of public opinion is now in session.

THIS EXCHANGE IS A SCAM BEWARE - HERE IS A RECAP

You might have noticed that P2PB2B logged in and completely failed to defend or provide an explanation for their actions which cost me severe financial damages?

How can you not address my issue?

Here is the short version:

I recently purchased a large amount of Hempcoin from P2PB2B and after trying to withdraw from my fully verified account, I successfully sent a 600 Hempcoin test transaction, I then tried to withdraw my remaining balance.

The number of coins I tried to withdraw was 2.6 million (1% of the entire circulating supply)

This withdraw was delayed and showed a status of needing withdrawal from the cold wallet. This was on the 28th of June.

After waiting patiently for 3 days I contacted them through tickets, live help, and Telegram. They kept sending me the same reply on all channels "please wait". I waited another 24 hours and contacted them again, they reacted by blocking me on Telegram and disabling my ability to contact them through live help.

I reached out to Hempcoin developers, who I have known for years and work closely with, and I was informed that he was also facing a similar problem and could not withdraw his coins either.

P2PB2B then took the Hempcoin wallet offline and disabled deposits and withdrawals.

After waiting nearly two weeks I log in today to check my balance and 600k coins are missing from my balance and I receive an email saying "Hello. Due to the discovery of the sale of unauthorized coins, one of your purchase transactions in the pair THC_BTC was rolled back."

I have been a coin dev since 2014 and have had trading accounts with many of the most popular exchanges. I have never had a withdrawal delayed for 2 weeks and never had trades that I made rolled back by an exchange because they don't have the balance to cover their trades.

I am accusing this exchange of theft, wash trading, and selling assets that they do not even own. Has anyone else experienced issues with these guys?

After a more thorough investigation with other Hempcoin users, it appears that this may be a matter of technical incompetence that has put users funds at risk.

From what I have seen it appears that P2PB2B made a technical error with regards to the staking feature and have been sending free Hempcoins to users. Some of these users withdrew their free coins or sold them for BTC and now due to complete incompetence on their end they do not have the balance to cover legitimate pending withdrawals.

Instead of eating these losses due to their own incompetent tech team, they have decided to rollback legitimate trades from parties not involved in this tech error and canceling their orders from 2.5 weeks ago.

Additionally, instead of admitting their mistake, they have pretended that a fraudulent transaction took place. Here is their response to my support ticket.

"One of your buy orders from 2019-06-14 20:27:17 THC_BTC amounting to 565 343 THC was reverted in order to help you to avoid any financial losses. We discovered that THC`s, which the seller sold you during this deal, were obtained in a result of fraud. The amount of BTC you spent for this deal was credited to your account."

A quick check of any Hempcoin holders deposit history on P2PB2B will clearly show free coins being deposited over the last few months (appears to be from May 20th to June 2nd) and will look something like this.

Code:
Jun 2, 2019, 11:40:02

To display this level of technical incompetence is a massive issue itself for any exchange.

To then lie to your users and try to cover your mistake instead of taking responsibility for your actions is shameful and it is no wonder they are using a Belize and Seychelles setup for the incorporation of their business. Only companies looking to avoid lawsuits or legal action would set up this type of infrastructure.

P2PB2B are incompetent from a technical and security standpoint and also lack the integrity and business ethics to handle other peoples money in my opinion.

To clarify* My account was never sent any free Hempcoins and my trades and attempted withdrawal are 100% legitimate and accurate. I did not even create an account with P2PB2B until June 12th and have nothing to do with these technical issues.

Update:

Here is what this exchange had to say after leaving me waiting for 1.5 months without any sort of explanation except to "please wait we are working on it"

Good afternoon.

As Mr. Dopey mentioned in the topic-starting post, the withdrawal request was freezed due to divergence between the withdrawal amount and our financial records.  P2PB2B Security Service has initiated an investigation on this matter - unfortunately, we found that amount of THC, which was sold to this user was acquired in a non-legal way by the seller. Therefore, we rolled back the first deal of Mr. Dopey with the seller on July 9, 2019 and today we performed the same procedure with the other deals.  The assets, which Mr. Dopey spent during these deals were fully returned to the main balance and ready for withdrawal at any time.

We deeply regret that this incident occurred and acknowledge the difficulties that have been caused.

Here is my response and the truth

This is a complete lie and I am completely shocked that you would make this public statement.

I deposited btc onto your exchange and bought 2.6 million hempcoin over a month and a half ago. I was not allowed to withdraw these funds, and asked for support for over a month.

It was discovered that your team made a mistake and sent free hempcoins to users around 3-4 months ago (nothing to do with me) and were not able to cover legitimate trades like my own and your solution is to pretend that some sort of fraud took place?  You instead fully lie and say that these coins were "acquired in a non-legal way"  What are you talking about? You made a tech error, it was your mistake and fault, nothing illegal?

Your solution is to completely roll back all of my trades on p2p2b2 from over a month ago and just refund me my btc?? The price is already 3 times what I bought my coins for?

I lost tens of thousands of dollars because of these actions and your fraudulent behavior. Do not use P2PB2B, you will get scammed. They are technically incompetent and will steal your money and provide you with 0 support.

They are listing every garbage project as quickly as they possibly can and collecting BTC while offering "market-making" for new projects, which is wash trading and 100% illegal, how do I know? Because I was in discussion with them about listing our coin several months ago and was offered this service.

I challenge you P2PB2B to respond to these allegations and provide the community with a detailed account of your version of events. Lying and pretending that some sort of fraud took place instead of admitting that you had a tech error is 100% bogus and any attempt to continue along this narrative will be met with additional evidence.

I know you sent emails to people who received free Hempcoins because of your technical error demanding they return funds or you would block their account or take from existing balances, I also know about the conversations you had trying to buy 5 million coins on a side deal to fix your mistake. Now you're saying there was some sort of fraud?

This is your opportunity to come clean, admit your mistake, and make amends to the community.

Awaiting your response...

And yes, you can block me on Telegram and Twitter for asking these questions and providing this evidence but you cannot block me here. This problem is not going away.

This is obviously not the type of customer service you deserve and these thieves should not be trusted with your money.

Do not use this exchange. I have been around since 2014 and used most of the popular exchanges out there. I have never seen anything like this. They have no problem lying to the public and making false statements. Be very careful.

They are lying about their trade volume
They are lying to their customers
They are lying about technical issues
They are lying about their affiliation with Coinsbit

Hi Folks,

First of all, I wanted to send my best wishes to all the DopeCoin supporters, their friends and family, and the crypto community during these challenging times.

It's my pleasure today to announce our most significant update related to the DopeCoin project since it's creation in early 2014.

After 2.5 years and 20,000+ hours of development we are proud to officially launch Grow Advertising, www.growadvertising.com (best viewed on desktop), to the general public.

Over the last year we have been working closely and discretely with strategic partners to create the most sophisticated advertising technology available to restricted industries like crypto, cannabis/CBD, Vape/Ecig, gambling/betting and more.

As you might be aware, the above mentioned industries are completely or partially restricted from advertising or earning advertising revenue from traditional partners like Google, Facebook, Taboola, and others.

This restriction forces these emerging billion dollar industries to handle advertising requests through either an archaic and labor intensive email process between publisher and advertiser or the use of sub par technology that lacks any kind of substantial targeting and reporting features.

As a result, advertising traffic in these industries is expensive and ineffective and also includes a heavy upfront financial commitment to simply test new ad campaigns.

Could you imagine having to pay several thousand dollars to simply be able to test an ad campaign and then not have the capability to target your ads effectively or be provided with the analytical data to see where your campaigns were effective?

This is referred to as the “Pay, Spray, and Pray” technique in the ad tech industry and is proven to be extremely ineffective for nearly all advertising campaigns.

Grow Advertising is here to revolutionize that process and provide these restricted industries with self-serve advertising exchange technology, similar to Google Ads, that provides publishers and advertisers with the tools they need to buy and sell advertising space in today's competitive marketplace.

Over the last year and a half we have been working exclusively with www.bitcoin.com to function test and dial in our technology. Over this period of time we have had the opportunity to take our technology from a prototype stage to a fully commercially ready product that we are pleased to officially release today, July 31st, 2020.

There is a great synergy between our two companies and we are proud to announce them as our first official partner. Our mission is to leverage our technology and resources with their brand recognition and infrastructure to quickly build our presence in the crypto industry.

We also took the opportunity to partner up with an original shark from the hit TV show Shark Tank, Kevin Harrington and have been working closely with his team to dial in our sales and growth strategy.
He and his team will also be providing us with contacts and support if we choose to raise VC or Private Equity funds in the future.

Our objective moving forward is to provide our services to restricted industry publishers while simultaneously attracting paying advertisers with our voucher redemption program which allows advertisers to try our technology for free with the objective of transforming a certain percentage into paying customers.

As our database of placements grows we will be simultaneously building the worlds first SSP (supply side platform) of restricted ad placements which we can then provide to other advertising exchanges who are interested in providing their advertisers with a new revenue stream.

Additionally, mainstream publishers will now have the opportunity to earn money from restricted industries and be able to sell crypto, cannabis, casino ads, and more on their websites and earn revenue that was never available to them in the past due to policies from ad tech giants like Google.

The best part is that these mainstream publishers will be able to earn revenue with Grow Advertising while simultaneously earning revenue from Go
ogle Ads if they wish and will face zero interruption to their current and existing revenue streams. This provides an easy to understand and risk free barrier to entry.

Our plan when embarking on this journey was to provide a real world use case for DopeCoin. We know that the only way to truly bring value to our currency is to have people using it on a daily basis for commerce and on a massive scale.

Many of our competitors have relied on publicity stunts or building hype to increase their valuations which we strongly disagree agree with from both a business and moral perspective.

We have always lead the marijuana crypto industry in technology and continue to assert that dominance with the launch of Grow Advertising.

In fact we have blown other blockchain ad tech projects out of the water as well, check out Adex who started at the same time as us, have a team of 17 people and raised 10 million dollars.

If you compare our technology to theirs you will see that our small 3 man team and modest budget has, in my opinion, blown them out of the water.

Moving forward we will be working to onboard publishers in a variety of restricted industries while earning commissions on the advertising revenue we generate for them

Once we are successful at creating a thriving marketplace we will introduce DigiGreen (DopeCoin rebranded) as an incentivized payment, rewards, and voucher option and finally complete our goal of providing a real world use case for our currency.

Trading on the Grow token has been halted for the time being and well ahead of this announcement to avoid any sort of market manipulation. Our goal is to provide Grow token holders with an ROI on their investment when we introduce DigiGreen as a payment option and are currently exploring ways to do that which make sense for everyone involved.

The reality is that this project took much longer to develop and cost much more than originally expected and as a result we have had to rethink our approach in order to see this project come to alive and have an opportunity to thrive on the global marketplace.

The vast majority of ICO's raised big money and had more experienced teams and infrastructure yet still went bankrupt or collapsed over the last few years. We believe in this opportunity so strongly that our development team all contributed substantial financial and tech development resources over the last couple of years in order to bring Grow Advertising to life.

Our number one objective moving forward is to make Grow Advertising successful and fulfill our mission of providing the cannabis industry and others with a legitimate digital currency capable of providing payment gateway, advertising, and business development solutions for the blockchain world of tomorrow.

Thank you for your support, we are certainly interested in hearing your feedback.

Best wishes,

Adam Howell

What else?

Hi guys,

I wanted to provide everyone with a brief update.

We are currently in the process of rebranding DopeCoin to DigiGreen and will be moving forward under that brand name. We realize that the success of this new venture is largely based upon the success of the Grow Advertising platform and have been focusing our efforts on preparing that product for launch in the biggest way we possibly can.

I realize that the silence has been deafening and I apologize for that. A few months back when we were hit with the Bittrex delisting I was at a crossroads.
Rebranding, developing, marketing and releasing a new crypto are extremely expensive tasks to undertake and the competition in today's ICO/IEO/wash trading/fake volume is daunting, to say the least.

I considered several options... Throwing in the towel, a merger with Hempcoin, padding our numbers with trading bots, and a handful of other options hoping to come across something that made sense.

With that being said, I am not a quitter and I refuse to take the easy way out.

This project will continue and will DigiGreen will go live in the near future, the rebranding materials have been built, new videos and marketing material have been created and a new wallet, website, and roadmap are soon to be released.

Grow Advertising is our smoking gun.

We have created something quite amazing that could seriously disrupt several industries. And yes, it took me twice as long to build and cost me ten times more money than I thought it would but I am very proud and even slightly amazed at what we have put together.

Our strategy moving forward is to get DigiGreen up and running while simultaneously bursting onto the scene with Grow Advertising.

We intend to make a big splash with Grow and have already secured a big partnership and have several other serious conversations in play. We are only targeting top, large scale, companies as potential partners and intend to create a snowball effect as we enter into the scene.

If anyone has any questions or concerns, wants to check out a demo of our software, or has the capability to aid us with our development, community management, or community-building efforts, it would be my pleasure to have a chat.

Thanks guys, we're not done yet, in fact, the way I see it... We are just finally really getting started.

Adam

P2PB2B exchange in trouble and showing signs of insolvency

I believe that P2PB2B exchange is in dire trouble and all users funds are at serious risk, here's why.

I purchased 2.6 million hempcoins on this exchange approximately 2 months ago, I then tried to withdraw them for 1.5 months with 0 luck and having support simply tell me to please wait (at least 20 support tickets open during this time).

They finally did respond to me about this matter 1.5 months later and claimed that the Hempcoin's I bought were obtained through fraud and that they had reversed all of my trades that I made months ago.

After a more thorough investigation, it appears that P2PB2B made a technical error and had been sending free Hempcoins to users. Some of these users withdrew their free coins or sold them for BTC and now due to their mistake, they cannot cover users balances.

A quick check of any Hempcoin holders deposit history on P2PB2B will clearly show free coins being deposited over the last few months (appears to be from May 20th to June 2nd) and will look something like this.

After announcing that they had reversed my trade I was told that I could withdraw my refunded BTC.

Well, I have been trying to withdraw for 5 days now and opened 4 support tickets and contacted them by email 3 times. They have for some reason disabled my account from being sent a confirmation withdrawal and I cannot complete the withdrawal. This feature was working fine before and I did successfully withdraw a small number of coins about 1.5 months ago. Now for some reason, it is mysteriously offline on my account.

Again, we are seeing the exact same scenario and response from support "please wait".

These issues and lack of any sort of response from P2PB2B support to me or to the community to address these claims lead me to believe that something is very wrong.

If Hempcoin holders were sent free coins.... Did they make this mistake with other currencies as well?
Is this why users cannot withdraw their funds?

This is a very dangerous exchange to trade with at this point in time and until they address these claims and evidence I would not recommending depositing any funds or you may have your funds held without any sort of explanation or support.

I still cannot withdraw my btc from this exchange, I have tried 10 times and opened 4 support tickets and contacted them by email. No help from any of them, I am just being told to "please wait"

I now believe that this exchange has some very serious issues and that this technical issue where users were sent free hempcoins might not be isolated to only hempcoin, they may of messed up and mismanaged other coins as well and now they are financially doomed.

Why else would they not send users their funds and not provide any sort of support or public response? This exchange appears to have massive issues and I would recommend you pull your currency off of here as quickly as possible (if you even can, I can't even withdraw my btc) certainly do not deposit funds on this exchange, you will never get your money back.

What else?

After being ripped off by these guys and having them reverse my legitimate trades from 2 months ago because they could not cover my altcoin balance, I have been trying to withdraw the bitcoin they refunded me.

I have not been successful and cannot complete the withdraw because confirmation emails stopped being sent to me. I have opened a live ticket and sent screenshots to support@p2pb2b.com like they requested and still no help and no ability to withdraw my funds.

This is by far the worst exchange I have ever used. What a complete waste of time, loss of money, and source of frustration.

To recap:

I joined this exchange 2 months ago and bought 1% of the total supply of hempcoin 1.5 months before their fork to Komodo.
I tried to withdraw these funds for 1.5 months without success and after no support whatsoever I was told that my trades from 2 months ago would be reversed because they cannot cover my legit trade balances.
They reverse all of my trades and refund my btc (opportunity for investment lost) and now they are not allowing me to withdraw my btc.

The fact that they are openly lying confirms that this is a scam exchange. I would advise all forum members to withdraw their funds from this exchange immediately & tag appropriately - all flags legitimate.

The actions of this organization completely lacks any sort of business ethics.

They have no problem lying and stealing from their users and take 0 responsibility for the mistakes that they clearly made. This is the complete opposite of exchanges like Binance who take responsibility and accept financial losses for their mistakes or security breaches.

P2PB2B has no problem being completely dishonest and making users pay for their mistakes while providing 0 explanation for their actions and what's even worse is they publicly lie about the situation. This is shameful behavior and must be illegal, it's only a matter of time before you see class action lawsuits coming their way.

You might also notice they conveniently avoided this question on the previous page of this thread.

Please understand that we are a regulated licensed institution and are bound by very strict AML/CFT regulation, internal compliance/AML procedures.

In which country are you licensed & what body are you regulated by?

Please post links to the relevent institutions so that customers can verify your licence credentials, ownership details & business address.

Thanks.

Well P2PB2B? We are waiting?

If anyone else like me has suffered massive financial losses due to this exchanges fraudulent behavior please let me know. Perhaps it is time to start considering a class-action lawsuit.
