Salve, ho 2 account paypal, uno mio ed un altro intestato a mia madre, creato anni fa dato che ero ancora minorenne.
Conosco bene i bastardi di paypal, sempre a favore dell'acquirente e negli ultimi tempi ho cercato di evitarlo; questo fino a qualche tempo fa.
Ho venduto un servizio virtuale (seo e roba affine) e portato a termine l'ordine. Circa un mese dopo questo tizio apre una contestazione dicendo che la merce non è stata ricevuta. Fornisco degli screen a paypal ma ovviamente non sono sufficienti essendo un servizio virtuale. Già non ti tutelano con i beni fisici, figurarsi con i virtuali.
Detto ciò, ora sono in negativo di circa 350 e ieri mi arriva una chiamata da paypal al quale non ho risposto. Oggi arriva una mail dicendo "Ti preghiamo di risolvere il tuo saldo negativo", "il tuo conto PayPal presenta un saldo negativo da oltre 22 giorni."
Ora, se fosse sul mio conto non me ne fregherebbe niente, ma essendo su quello di mia madre non vorrei rogne.
Che mi consigliate di fare?

non penso accettino rateizzazioni, sicuramente, visto che è a nome di tua mamma, ti conviene risolvere, anche se c'è poco da fare, se hai perso la contestazione i soldi sono andati
Purtroppo hai ragione. Fosse stato a nome mio li avrei sfanculati, ma visto che è a nome di mia madre non voglio problemi. Ho iniziato a rimborsarli ieri. La cosa che più mi fa rabbia è che alla fine ci ho rimesso più di 500, perchè ho dovuto spendere circa 200 per il costo del servizio.
