this coin sucks. since yesterday I wait for my binance deposit towards hitbtc .. today I find out that the transaction number does not exist .. they stole everything .... that suck of blockchain 
We are sorry to hear about this. Did you try to contact Binance about your missing transaction? If you write to them they should be able to help you find your coins in their system.

Based on prices in your country I would go for RX 470. Difference between RX 470 and RX 480 (both 4gb) is minimal and not worth extra 50$. Now that is for ETH, Nvidia cards are better at mining Zcash but as you can see much more expensive and they are really better at that single one algorithm so I would avoid them.

Well if you must chose between that two, Andyson got Platinum certification and Raidmax got Gold. But just as BenCodie mentioned, you should really try to find Corsair or EVGA power supplies as they are one of the best in the market
