You guys are funny. All this talk about how good they are at marketing and how because of the celebrity endorsements this will surely do great, but no one seems to care that THEY HAVE NO CODE. People are spending over $1 a coin for something with zero proof of concept and a team that bans people for even asking about the status of their platform. They released the code for an ETH smart contract and when people pointed out that this is not what they were promised, they were banned from the telegram and their questions were removed. Not a single team member has answered anything on this forum since they started the crowdsale and they locked their slack. Where are they? Why not answer any of these questions?

It's pretty incredible that so many people are willing to overlook all of these glaring problems just because there is a celebrity involved.

You are right, this code for a smart contract shouldn't be complicated at all. The problem is that from the beginning they have been selling people an entire platform, the platform code is the code they have said over and over would be released. Without the infrastructure to implement all of these promises they have been making they are literally just selling you a useless token.

This is not code for an extremely intricate, HIPAA compliant blockchain platform like we were promised, it's a smart contract that might as well have been copied and pasted.

I have written and have received no real answers. I'm not jumping to conclusions, I'm simply asking questions and have received zero answers or responses of any kind from any member of the paragon team. And it's not just me, they have gone completely silent. That's sketchy. They are in the middle of a 200 million dollar ICO and can't take 1 minute to answer a very serious question about said ICO? That is not at all normal.

A serious indicator of what? Have you read the entire thread? There are a lot of unanswered questions that could and should be answered by paragon as soon as possible.


You are a hero member, so I would assume that you know a thing or two about crypto and ICOs. Assuming you do, you know how strange this is that they have stopped communicating and that they are refusing to release the code or even the name of the company that is supposedly auditing the code. If there is in fact a reputable company auditing their code, at least tell us the name of the company so we can at least find out if that part is true.

But hey, I'm a realist. I'm positive that I will get no answers and after I post this there will be a whole bunch of posts that say things like "paragon is a good project, I have much faith" and "this project will surely bring profits to all who buy PRG". At which point, I will just have to ask this all over again.

No, see what you are forgetting is the fact that they have already lied to us about the code. They said the code is done and was being audited and would be released to coincide with the crowd sale. That story has changed multiple times, no audits have been released, not even the names of the "reputable companies" auditing the code, now they have stopped responding completely, and of course, still no code. What happened to the OP or the official account? None of you think it's strange that ZERO paragon accounts have chimed in on anything n this thread in 6 days?

I was excited about paragon, but now I'm starting to think they don't have working code and none of us will know that until this ICO is completed.

As far as what they have said, they have groundbreaking code. They would have to in order to deal with the HIPAA compliance issues, they literally can't copy and paste from another open source project. So, with that in mind, how important do you think their code is?

If that is the case, why wouldn't they say that? I'm sure there have been a ton of ICOs that have collected a ton of money with no platform or product, and how are those ICOs doing now? I could hazard a guess.

People want to see the code because that is the only proof that their company exists at all beyond a website and some online chats.

I could say all day that I am going to disrupt the auto industry by using blockchain and you can buy in for 1$ a coin. Based on that alone, would you do it? Nope. I could write a really nice whitepaper with pictures and everything laying out my plan for how I plan to do it, I could say that I created an immutable ledger to track after market parts and ensure the best quality repair by making sure you get the best quality parts from plant to install. Would you buy in based on that alone? I should hope not, because those are just words and mean nothing. Until I prove that I have put more into this than a couple hours of writing and a website no one should even consider it. That's where the code comes in. It is the only thing that people are investing in and until you release it, everything is just pretty words.

I'm not exactly sure what they are talking about there. Why would they need to design a website to release the code? It's called GitHub and it takes 5 minutes to upload everything. Unless he means that the code isn't completed, and if the code isn't completed, what are they selling right now?

This whole "we will release the code later, but don't wait to buy the token because the price goes up everyday" strategy doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.

Why has the code not been released? You promised over and over that you would release the code on github at the beginning on the crowdsale, where is it? I will admit, I was excited about this ICO at first, but the fact hat no one will even respond to me about this has pretty much completely turned me off. How can you expect people to invest their money into something that you aren't even willing to prove is real?

You said multiple times you would release it September 15th, and you told me directly on the telegram that you would release it along with multiple audits from reputable companies at the start of the crowdsale.

Without releasing your code people have no proof of what you are selling, which I am starting to think is nothing. I know I am not the only one who has asked, so let's see it.

no, not all countries have legalized marijuana, that is why it may be a good idea to begin in the places it is. Once there is a strong foot hold where cannabis is legal there will be a sturdy foundation to take the task of legalizing cannabis around the world to the next level
