I can tell you that getting any cash back from HashFast is going to take a law suit . The San Francisco District Attorney consumer fraud office basically says that they could care less if any company in Ca defrauds you it is perfectly fine and they will do nothing about it with the exception of 4 types of businesses . that being electronic repair , home repair , dry cleaners and some other type . WTF ? Anyone else skirts the law . The Attorney General says they will investigate and send them a letter requesting they take care of the problem but other than that they can only sue for Ca residents in general if they find HashFast is screwing the general public but will use any complaints as evidence if they do to bring HashFast to justice.
So suing is the way to deal with them . How ever dumbasses that signed the refund extortion paper will not have that option . Suing in small claims is a waste so regular court is it . sue for travel expenses to and from Ca , loss of wages while dealing with it , rental car , hotel , loss of expected income from time you could have been mining with their equipment if they had sent it or some one else's if you still had your money and could buy it plus attorney fees and court costs . Could end up costing HashFast a bundle when they could just refund 2600 or a product .
They choose to even ignore all attempts to communicate with them to resolve the problem which lets me know they are insolvent and can not meet their obligations .
If the FTC does not resolve the problem then I will be hiring my families attorney in San Diego to sue them . The FTC has tried contacting me but I am hard to get a hold of sometimes . Hopefully I can get them on the phone this week to further my complaint I filed .
