I received an automated email response from debug@bitinstant.com. Live chat is not on right now, might be after hours. I haven't called them yet.

Well I guess I'm here for the same reason as everyone else  Cheesy

Order execution failed a few hours ago.  I emailed, but I figured it would be good to get into contact here too, despite there being so many on-going messages today

I deposited cash approximately 5 hours ago, for it to pay to bitcoin address.  My order status now shows "Order Execution Failed."  This is all new to me, and I'm not having a very easy first experience.  Any help would be appreciated.  I've already emailed support about 45 minutes ago, and still have not received a response. Hoping they respond soon.
