Status "Opened" means that the application was submitted successfully, but there are errors in the balance sheet.

The order will be checked manually to avoid some mistakes automatic method might have and the coins sent to you accordingly.

Should have been already processed. If you have not received it or have any other questions. The NLC2 slack is the fastest way to get help, @nlc2dev or @x-p or @dan is always there
