Actually, it's opposite, people behnd NEO are in good relationships with chinese governement, and chinese ban nature is temporary, they just want to control the market in some way by inputing their regulations in crypto system. Da Hongfei personaly stated that so called ''chinese ban'' is actually good thing on long term, bacuse of many ico scam coins...

There is a problem with NEO network, last block (1512993) was done about an hour ago. I hope it will be solved soon.

Every NEO price which is below 5 mBtc is good for buying, imo. Actually, this period before november Btc fork is last period with price around 5 mBtc for 1 NEO. After the Btc fork, NEO price will rise and never fall at this point again.

Bittrex fee for sending NEO is not large, 0.01 or 0.025 NEO per transaction, can't remember exactly, you can check. For example, if fee is 0.025 NEO and you want to transfer 100 NEO, the number you are typing in withdrawal field should be 100.025, and you will get 100 NEO in your wallet or other exchange, wherever you are sending NEO. I recomend NEO GUI wallet, it's pc wallet, you can download it from neo.org

Just a little digression regarding HitBTC. They listed B2X (new SegWit2x coin that comes after november fork)

Remember that bitcoin has 2 forks, 1st in a few days, and second mid november, so it's a question will altcoins recover between two forks, in terms of price. Just 2-3 weeks separate two forks and everyone acumulate btc, because of free money, and that's not adequate period for recovering altcoins. IMO, altcoins will recover after 2nd btc fork.

Everything under 5 mBtc for 1 NEO can be considered as cheap, and this point of ~5 mBtc/1 NEO will not last to much time imo. After month, maybe two, maybe much sooner, NEO price will double.
