ZEBPAY is the worst exchange there could ever be! I was in an urgent need of money and I deposited some coins at zebpay, it took them 3 LONG DAYS TO PROCESS MY FIAT WITHDRAWAL.
Even the rates are shit(because of those fees).LBC has much better rates.
They even charge a whopping 0.0005 BTC TX fees on withdrawals + fees on trading too.RIPPERS!

Good project! But like what AdolfinWolf asked, why the announcement? Are you looking for more people to contribute in Github or do a security audit and a peer review?

Sounds interesting and promising, but i'm missing the catch. - Why exactly is it open-sourced like this? Is there some sort of commision you guys want to take per transaction or?

RubyKube is an open-source project with over 300 contributors from all over the world besides the core team of over 60 developers. Being novice to the field of investing brings a lot of challenge. I had a very bitter experience when the first time I decided to invest.
