Still looking!

I already PM'd you but never heard of anything. Thought that you already hired someone here from the forum. Anyways, if you are still interested in my offer, just let me know. I'm currently busy doing margin trading at Bitmex. Thanks!

Re: [ENDED]BITPLAY SIGNATURE /AFFILIATE CAMPAIGN | PM eth add. [3 weeks] [ENDED]

Campaign Escrowed by BitPlay LTD: 1PaZkQMAMsMNUwr8RRdnDMN221F2JpascS

If the BitPlay team believes in transparency, then why all of a sudden that the escrowed funds were transferred into another account while the campaign undergoes? Also, the way they handle participant concerns is very unprofessional which gives in that something fishy is going on. As a manager, it is your responsibility to secure the funds for this campaign. A lot of people here have been victimized and its not easy for the majority of campaign members to accept tokens as a payment for what they've done. What is the assurance that they will buy back those tokens? From what exchange platform it will undergo or how will they do it? Is there's a surety that the tokens value is equal to bitcoin payment that was been posted at the beginning of your thread? If you or the dev team do not give specific answers regarding this, then we participants have the right to reject and demand payments still in bitcoin. After all, you've broken our trust and if you are a victim as well, open a reputation report against BitPlay in order for the participants to stop suspicions against you.

which we would have to buy back tokens with BTC at the fixed current token PreSale rate after the conclusion of our PreSale.

Nevermind, I've got the answer for my two questions above.

If you have the funds to buy back those tokens with Bitcoin, then why not directly pay in BTC? You guys making it more complicated.

There's no guarantee that those tokens that you will pay to us is equal to the rate given at the beginning of this campaign as the price per token will be determined after the conclusion of your pre-sale.

We need some really good news to start a bull run.
Altcoin market volume is growing everyday and we just need a catalyst.
If bitcoin can go above 9000 we all can start a party again

Guess what? Even those who didn't make the rankings were still going up. I have been monitoring the market since last week and all the results were pretty good. I'm just happy to see that the crypto market is alive and kicking compared at the beginning of this year. If it stays this way, we do not need to wait for Bitcoin hitting the $9k mark.

XRP is not a cryptocurrency.

How can you say that? And from what site did you learn that Ripple (XRP) is not a cryptocurrency? I do know that it is a system created specifically for financial institutions while its coin (token) was given birth through ICO, when they were just gathering funds for the project. Anyways, to enlighten you, just visit its wikipedia page: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ripple_(payment_protocol)

ALTCOINS going green!
by
dx_twisted
on 19/04/2018, 12:11:22 UTC
As for the present market status, most of the Altcoins, especially those who were in the ranking (Top Tier), are all green while BTC is chopping in a range. I have found a new setup for my trading plan but I'm still cutting down trades until bitcoin gives a clear direction for the market. Even this is good news for traders like me, don't let the greediness get over your heads. Don't make indecisive decisions during this green flag days, consider a bigger time frame if planning to sell immediately. I know trades were bound to happen for us to gain profits, but you still have to go with a higher probability to maximize it.

Cryptocurrency Billionaire Dies

Matthew Mellon, the billionaire banking heir, died suddenly while taking a rehab at a facility in Mexico at just the age of 53. He is a businessman, billionaire banking heir, who was a chairman of New York's Republican State's committee. The reason why people acknowledged his fortunes through cryptocurrency is that last February of this year, he invested $2 million dollars in a cryptocurrency XRP, which is widely known (by crypto fanatics) as XRP and managed to turn that investment into a $1 billion fortune.

Now, why there are still a lot of Cryptocurrency people believing that financial institutions such as banks and governments were against of Bitcoin and Altcoins? This guy is a banking heir of Mellon Bank which is now called Bank of New York Mellon Corporation and became interested to invest his millions with a less popular coin compare to Bitcoin.

Re: Verge potential or scam coin?
by

on 18/04/2018, 14:20:07 UTC
It is hyped coin and hyped coins are similar to scam coins but the difference is that people are willing to be scammed. Verge is so scam for me.

A coin being hyped has a good team of marketers and advertisers that have the capability to brainwash people into believing in their project and invest in it. We can't blame those guys that are willing to be scammed as they were hoping to hit the jackpot with Verge. Look, its current market value is only around 7 cents, with more development (truth or lies) and a good amount of supporters keep coming in, this will make a big difference in regards to price outcome. Either way, it currently sits at #23 and even there is this negative news popping out from left to right, it will still be legit until the devs decided to pull out the project.

Re: ATTENTION- Stop receive airdrop token without knowledge
by

on 18/04/2018, 13:05:49 UTC
Although bounty activities are also full of scams, airdrops are almost always air projects that do not have any value.
Of course, there are a handful of good coins in airdrops, such as Semux and ACC are the only two exceptions and they are really good.

Seems like you have earned quite a lot with the way you special mention those coins above. I haven't earned that much and never really into Airdrops, joined a few and luckily earn just a couple from a single coin. While the others turn out into nothing but trash. I don't join bounties as the "Stake" term confuses me.

Re: The Best Time To Exit Trading

Guys, I do think that you need to indicate figures, not just simple statements on when to stop(exit or sell). No matter how you state it, all posts were just the same. Giving out numerical values or percentage will help out newbie traders a lot rather stating theoretical statements which doesn't really give anything. Also, I find it a lot confusing with words. For me, it's better to understand with figures even if it is a ballpark figure.

Re: Bitcoin will have a price of $50000
by
dx_twisted
on 18/04/2018, 05:40:12 UTC
entirely dependent on the demand of that crypto coin in the international market as this is the deciding factor which plays a major role in deciding the market value of any of the coin.

As you have said, it is one of the important parameters that we should look upon to know if a coin or BTC, in general, will have an incoming price surge or a gradual decrease in value. Still, the basic rule applies to this: "More demand, less supplies = Increase; Less demand, less supplies = Neutral; More demand, more supplies = Decrease"

We can expect this much market value of bitcoin but that will take lot of time as still not enough people knows about bitcoin.

Bitcoin has been in the scene for almost 10 years now. Do you still think that there's still a huge percentage of people that are not aware of this cryptocurrency? Believe me, in this digital age where everyone relies on technology, Bitcoin has been featured, televised, advertised, marketed all over the world. It's just those people that you were pertaining to isn't really interested, having doubts, confused or preferred a coin/digital asset rather than BTC.

Re: Why Bitcoin Is So Volatile
by
dx_twisted
on 17/04/2018, 23:47:24 UTC
Governments indicate volatility to be one among the negative factor and fluctuate the market.

It only causes a negative feel because of the fact that they are not being regulated, its market value can be manipulated by those people who are in capable to transact at a higher volume. Also, another reason why the government warns people to take precautions is because of Bitcoin being digital, which is a clear sign that it may only be temporary as no physical sign to support that it will not fluctuate gradually, and the fact that it can be a tool for money laundering schemes.

Never ever signed up at Reddit, not even aware of Coindesk. I don't usually go to sites to manually monitor any events or updates regarding Bitcoin. What I only do is go to Coinmakrket cap for its current market standing and status. I only rely on Bitcointalk, since those news came from mentioned sites were being shared here. Also, I am following "legit" Telegram group channels for the same reason.

Re: Couply arrested --- amassed $17M worth of BTC
by
dx_twisted
on 17/04/2018, 17:19:16 UTC
This kind of news is pulling down bitcoin

It's been almost a week since the couple's arrest and I'm following this news from time time for some development. In my opinion, both camps (suspects and victims) can be blamed for pulling Bitcoin down.

Suspects --- Using the BTC name to lure investors because it is the current trending type of investment.

Victims --- As per interviews, a spokesperson of a group that combined their investment into a total of almost $5M said that, "they were attracted to invest due to the fact that Bitcoin is the real deal and with what NewG is offering who can't refuse as it sounds pretty convincing". Also, they prefer to grow their money in an easy way instead of trading.

As I have stated above, suspects pulling down Bitcoin's representation because they use it into their illegal activity. While the victims, due to their ignorance and lack of initiative to make their own research migh cause an enigma or doubt to people who were just starting to become interested in entering (invest) the digital market.

PORN site now accept an Altcoin as payment method!
by
dx_twisted
on 17/04/2018, 14:27:48 UTC
I've just received this news lately from a friend and I think its worth to share with you guys. Porn site Pornhub agrees to accept an altcoin as another payment method, which is VERGE (VXG) to be specific. Honestly, I still doubt this kind of announcement, might be fake or another strategy in selling of. Also why they pick an Altcoin which is no where near Bitcoin or any within the Top 5 of cryptocurrency ranking.

PS: I saw another thread created regarding this but he didn't put a source for reference or to support what does the poster stated.

Re: Trading by follow signals. Is it good?
by
dx_twisted
on 17/04/2018, 10:56:25 UTC
Trading by tracking signals is a good way to earn more money. You don't want to put all your money into it.

We need to have our own judgment, and sometimes they are more like a scam, and a huge profit means a high risk.

You know what signals are? They are mostly PUMP and DUMP groups. Thet target coins which are currently new into the crypto market scene. Those coins that belong in that group are susceptible to be manipulated / controlled given that a SIGNAL group has that number of members which does have investment capacity to trade at high volume. Yes, it is very risky to join as their signals isn't really accurate but it can still give you good profit if you hit the jackpot. The only thing that you need to be cautious about are their so called PREMIUM channels in which they require a monthly fee to be eligible in receiving signals moderately.

Re: Bitcoin as savings, emergency needs possible?
by
dx_twisted
on 17/04/2018, 09:01:06 UTC
To put it simply, never ever mix your investment to your personal expenses and emergency funds. As an investor, you should know how to manage and allocate your money. Prioritize your personal needs, never max out your money and set up an allocation for emergency purposes. Leave those things which are lucrative that you can live without.

Don't expect that you can just simply pull out the money you have put into an investment. If this is your kind of thinking, then you shouldn't invest in the first place.

Trading for Dummies --- My "NEW" Altcoin Trading Strategy
by
dx_twisted
on 17/04/2018, 06:56:15 UTC
Hello guys! I just want to share my NEW altcoin trading strategy. I have just started this year and wanted to post this before, but due to some reason, I don't have enough time to do it. So, here we go:

TRADING PLATFORM:

Poloniex (poloniex.com) --- First site that I have used when I am just a noob
Yobit (yobit.net) --- Alternative to Poloniex but I still prefer the latter
Cryptopia (cryptopia.co.nz) --- Currently using when I am on my working computer (laptop or desktop)
Binance (binance.com) --- Currently using when I am on the go (mobile)

REFERENCES:

Wallet Investor (walletinvestor.com) --- This is the site that I am using to know if a coin will be profitable or not.
Is This Coin A Scam (isthiscoinascam.com) --- Here, you can check if a coin is legit or fake (scam).
Coin Market Cap (coinmarketcap.com) --- You can see on this site the current status of the coin within each parameter (i.e. circulating, total and max supply, market cap and price and trading charts)

STRATEGY:

My strategy is very simple and kindly take note of this one. You have to master this in order to avoid risk or your investment (money) will be all gone. All trading sites that I have mentioned has ORDER BOOK which you can see and later on know if the coin will be going to PUMP or DUMP.

For further explanation on how to use an ORDER BOOK, kindly watch the link given below:

Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TnHY0VVPlM

NOTES: I will update this thread with images from my actual experience. I need to figure out first on how to do it, so please forgive me.  Grin

Re: When do you plan to sell?
by
dx_twisted
on 17/04/2018, 03:29:27 UTC
That's the right thing to do, do not be greedy when you have the opportunity to sell with a profit.
Being greedy will not gonna give us good result in the future, that is because the market is very unpredictable, it does not guarantee success.

Can't blame us, there were times when my greediness kicks in, I just couldn't control it. My emotion of being happy gives me a positive outcome and be exaggerated optimistic when I thought that there's still more profit than what my targets are. I'm an adventure type of investor/trader and with this kind of market being unpredictable, you just can't fully rely on research, data, and development. All you have to do is trust your intuition and be fearless when making a decision even it is associated with some risk.

Re: Do you think this year will be Red?
by
dx_twisted
on 16/04/2018, 23:44:24 UTC
At the beginning of the year the decline occurs and because cryptocurrency is fluctuating so I think there will be an increase after the decline, to think this year the market will be red yes but not full year will be red because I think entering the coming months the market will increase.

I've just been into crypto trading for a few months now and I don't base the market in its past history. Just starting to observe what will be the current trend for this year and will start from there. But, it doesn't mean that I don't look in the past. In fact, from what I have observed, it seems likely that your statement might come true. At the beginning of the year, all coins were going down and only few survived then starting to rise up again. If this going to happen, I might change my basis without a single doubt.
