Trading is addicting because people thought that trading is an
easy way to get rich. Studying and analyzing the trends to earn
money but no body has always an accurate prediction.  Learning
from the mistakes and keep on trying to earn profit makes it
entertaining for the majority of traders who works hard and
making it their passion.

I would buy a house and lot. It is either you'll sell it for profit, rental, or you live on it. Real estate business can make you a millionaire for sure but requires a lot of money. Many people had become successful in real estate business. But I won't quit crypto though. I would still save some bitcoins for trading.

I would recommend reading the bitcoin white paper and the ethereum whitepaper.  There are a lot of gems in it. resistant na miner. Mag rerequire ito ng napakalaking memory sa
pag mine. Ang time na pag access sa memory ay medyo mabagal kaya
kung ang ASIC ay mag access sa memory, mabagal na ang pag process
nya. At kung palakihin naman ang memory sa loob ng ASIC para
bumilis ito, magiging mahal na ang presyo nito at malaking pera
ang kailangan para sa pag manufacture nito. Profitable din naman
ang pag gamit ng GPU sa equihash.

I would suggest to add having money available when the time the
market falls. No body can tell the future or can see that the
market is going to crash so I think that this is a good idea to
save some money to buy when it suddenly gets cheaper.
