I would really recommend to read up on how mining works.
Hint: It is based on luck...

If a block reach 500 or 1000 percent, it means that no miners in that pool (1800 in this case), was not able to find a block, thus no payout.
This will be the same for all pools, no mater what.

Ranting on the forums is not a solution. Good luck on whichever pool you continue on

Edit: Can you please post the math on how you got to only 30% of the coins?

Can you estimate the time when this happened?
We have seen this one time before. What happened then was a chain split for ~10-20 minutes, where our pool thought it had found confirmed blocks, but they where scraped as soon as the network came back to it senses.

The Electroneum network have had a lot of issues lately, causing payments to be stuck in the mempool.
I can understand all of your frustrations, and there is nothing Easyhash can do to unstuck them.
To combat this, we have increased to transaction fee from 0.01 ETN to 0.1 ETN. This fee is paid by the pool so that your transactions can get a priority on the network.

Our cloud provider have done some network maintenance in the beginning of December, forcing us to migrate the pool around to avoid downtime of up to 6 hours.
This is the reasons for the late instability.
