Tokens Vs. Equity

The startups who are creating market places where they use their token for services, could in fact replace the means of investing in equity? The reason, while the business increases their customer base and profits, the token also increases in value. And with the token, you can liquidate anytime, unlike equity. The only value equity has now would be ownership. Unless you have a buyer who wants control of the company, I see it difficult to actually sell equity when the token is there. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers.

This is why I am so intrigued with crypto and blockchain, it cuts out the middlemen thus no brokers leaching people's money. There is no need for them anymore when they can be automated!

Do you think Ether will catch up? The technology is more advanced, but will scalability of ethereum be an issue?

U.S vs Russia. Who will win by adapting and utilizing the crypto market?

With U.S actions showing them leaning to fight the crypto market instead of adapting to it, could we see Russia excel because they are showing the other direction to adopt it? As a lot of us believe, the technology behind cryptocurrency is disruptive and may replace the current centralized system we see today. The countries that utilize it faster could in fact prosper greatly. Let me know your thoughts! PS: fill free to check out my project: https://ico.crowdholding.com/

If you are setting up $1M as a minimum cap for your project i suggest you make the announcement post more complete.

Thank you, yes we will definitely update the post. The ICO is scheduled for November 1st. This post is more targeted for our current pre-ICO in order to establish early adopters to support us while we keep development moving forward. Cheers for the feedback  Smiley

Hey Guys, I am the CEO of Crowdholding and want to let you know about the pursuit my team and I have taken. You will see that my company email is not hidden in my profile and I am open for people to contact me personally. The idea of Crowdholding came about February 2016. My two other fellow founders joined in the summer of 2016 where we began building the alpha version of our app in October, followed by our launch of our beta March 2017. You can check we have been active on social media including FB for more than 8 months now. Just prior to our beta launch we found our first pre-seed investment of 33K from Richfox capital (26K) and Michael Vakoc 7K. Our team is made up of volunteers because they were inspired by our vision and we keep receiving volunteers to help.

However, bootstrapping can’t last forever and we had worked hard to find 3 investors that were going to give us 200K as our first seed round. However, 6 weeks ago after hearing we will pursue an ICO by creating our own token to be used within our application, these classic investors responded that blockchain and cryptocurrency won’t mount to ANYTHING, and that it’s POINTELSS to pursue. They then dropped us instantly. Right now as a team we have a chip on our shoulder because we believe like all of you, this sector is the future. And the Crowdholding concept brings the crucial bridge to allow people to earn salaries in cryptocurrency through crowdsourcing and open innovation. Crowdholding will always be open sourced for everyone that participates no matter what. Thank you and please give us feedback to keep improving to develop the best product for you. Cheers.
