Re: PhoenixMiner 5.6d: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux)

I have 1070 but with this miner I get only 18 mh for ethereum.
Can I get around 30 mh with this miner if I set it up correctly?

try this set

memory +500
core +100
power 85%-90%

I tried, but hashrate is the same, 18 mh per card with Phoenix miner.

I have a GTX1070 running on Linux. My config settings are:

-nvidia
-nvKernel 3
-nvdo 1
-proto 3
-cdm 1
-prate 0.0703
-coin eth
-log 1
-logdir /home/USER/Miners/logs
-logfile ethermine-pm.log
-pool ssl://eu1.ethermine.org:5555
-pool2 ssl://us1.ethermine.org:5555
-wal YOUR_WALLET.nvidia

Need to run PhoenixMiner as root.
Average speed (5 min): 25.050 MH/s
Effective speed: 24.51 MH/s; at pool: 24.49 MH/s

Hope it helps.

If ur using PM with win7 u will get 18mh on all GTX10xx series cards doesnt matter what drivers u use either, dev hasnt fixed this problem yet I messaged him several times already, it started earlier this year I think, using Linux or Win10 ull see full speed, if u want to keep using win7 then switch to Gminer, they solved the problem pretty quickly, I use Pminer on my Win10 rigs and Gminer on win7 rigs

Hello Guys,
I get a Rtx 2060 6GB.
Until yesterday 11 GMT my hashrate was 31/32 mh while today I see 28/29 mh with the same overclock parameters (cpu -500 undervolted with curve, mem +1030, power 80%)
The hashrate was with 5.5c, I switched to 5.6d but the result is pretty the same.
Is anyone see an hasrate drop with Rtx Nvidia Cards
(I knew the issue of the progressive hashrate drops exist for gtx 10x0, is the same for rtx?)
Best Regards

Core -500 Mem 1300-1400 Watts 130 (I’m using HiveOs)

That will give you 44-45Mh.

Ur getting 44-45mh on a RTX2060???
Thats way too high for 2060s, on RTX2070s I get 42-45Mh,

Maybe ur talking about RTX3060 getting 44-45Mh???

I get a stable 44.5 on my 2060 Super.  I can push it to 47 with about 2% incorrect.

2060Super would make sense. On Windows and 2070Super Im getting 45mh max, core -270, mem +1200, power 130, anything higher than 1250 1300 mem and it'l start crashing or incorrect shares. I didnt know that 2060Super was similar speed as 2070s

I don't agree - it looks completely fake and dangerous (or suspicious at the least...)

It is full of amateurish statements and web design elements - you can tell for certain that it is a scam website. Even in the footer, all the "Community" links just lead to Ethereum social media accounts. There is no info about who is behind the site, no contact - nothing. As well, all the download links lead to some shady hosting website and the downloads are "protected" with a password.

There is nothing real, genuine and authentic about this fake, scam, most likely malware-ridden site. We must find a way to take it down IMMEDIATELY.

well, "I" never said it was safe, and now know better, others here had looked at it and thought it was.

And yeah, it does reek, so whatever can be done should be. Maybe contact the .org ppl and tell them?
This has already been discussed.
It always has correct checksums of files.
But it's better to download from the first post because this is a fan site with referrals and instructions, not a phoenix.
It is harmless, but it does give good starting instructions.
But I advise you to download only from the source.

Also, this site has been around for a while, i dont see anything wrong with it, security certificates look ok and are valid for a year which is a good sign, stop spreading fake news before doing ur research, they're using microsoft onedrive to upload the files. Show some proof of

It's honestly shocking (and highly alarming) that some of you are defending such random "fan" websites, while completely ignoring the premise of crypto where everything must be verified and validated. I bet that the Official PhoenixMiner developer will not be happy with the website in question, and has already made the following recommendation to all of us here:

Please, please, do not download anything PhoenixMIner-releated from posts that are not from our account! And always compare the checksums - it is quite easy to do and can spare you a lot of trouble. Additional good security practice is to always keep your private keys encrypted, and not on the same machine from which you are making the transactions.

Since we cannot verify the authenticity and integrity of the phoenixminer.org website - how can you guys possibly be defending it and making justifications for its existence? On Bitcoin-oriented message boards of all places?? *sigh*... Give your heads a shake. You are forgetting the whole reason why you are here in the first place...

ur correct sorry about that just didnt like the baseless claims that were made,

Windows 7 I tried many NVIDIA drivers.
441.12
451.48
452.06
457.51
466.27

GTX1060 6gb, 1070, 1080, and 1080ti all report low hashrate, but RTX20xx series show correct speed, this problem started around the time when 4gb cards were loosing speed, when DAG file got over 4gb in size. For couple weeks using -eres 1 or 0 command would help restore full speed, but that was only temporary. GMINER fixed the problem in December. I would rather use PM for all my rigs, remote monitoring is better with PM and Claymores ETHMAN. I will gather all the logs I have if needed, I still have them from different rigs all running Win7.

GMINER v2.38
@develsoftware develsoftware released this on Dec 25, 2020

Has anyone figured out the low hashrate problem on Windows 7 when using NVIDIA GTX10xx series cards, RTX cards work fine on Win7 and hash at full speed, I tried diff versions of PM and still only get about half the speed, I got 14 total rigs, 6 rigs on Win7 that work great with no problems but had to switch to GMINER for the time being, and 8 rigs on Win10 using PM with no problems.

Any ideas, I think the last version that worked ok with Win7 if I remember was 5.2 or earlier.
