I am sure that a lot will agree that beside an excellent working product, the marketing department is the most important thing for any cryptocurrency at this point in time. We are so far away from mainstream adoption, so companies need to get their name out there, explain their product and visions.
On Reddit & Bitcointalk & Telegram you hear a lot of complaints about why coin XY is undervalued, doesn't get the credit it deserves and so on. Most of the time it is because of a lack in marketing.
What are your favorite marketing teams? Which coins are doing a good job in getting their name out there?
Personally I think that Stox team is doing a great job with interacting with the community, organizing WC pools etc.
When it comes to communication, I think Request is the best one with their regular updates, in-depths reports, visualization of the roadmap etc. But I would like to hear about more great example

With the current speculative market collapse, it is necessary to consider options for entering the altcoins, I think that the Universa is one of those projects that I will add to my list of investment portfolio!

Interactive map of local municipalities is a draft of the All-Russian Congress of Municipalities and Universa Blockchain. The largest association of municipalities, which is entrusted annually to prepare a report to the Government of the Russian Federation on the state of affairs in local governments. The map is an addition to the report and accumulates large data sets from all spheres of life in cities and villages of the country, from filling each local budget to providing the population with social services and municipal services.
Each of the 22,000 Russian municipalities has the possibility to enter the back-end and update the information (at the moment more than 60 indicators), compare their data with the nearest neighbors or with their type of cities at the other end of the country, do analysis and request recommendations. To realize all the necessary functions, the developers decided to use the capabilities of the blockchain technology.

Why is the community involvement so low? 
EOS has tons of block producers (nodes), projects, dapps, games, community forum etc. For Universa, I can only think up of https://universacommunity.com, a Youtube Vlog and that is basically it... Activity on Reddit is also pretty low...

In Universa, proof-of-state (not to be confused with proof-of-stake) mechanism is used instead of a more commonly implemented proof-of-work system. A change in state change is verified by a trusted actor and approved by consensus in ten milliseconds or less. Each separate contract maintains its own chain of state, so a contract can perform actions asynchronously without affecting other contracts. The combined changes of state form a directed acyclic graph, which makes up the blockchain itself.
The proof-of-state system and the licensed nodes can be perceived as moving away from decentralization. This mechanism is meant to develop a convenient business solution in a broad sense, which can "break the very philosophy of the blockchain."
So who is that trusted actor, how can one become "licensed" node ? Does that mean I will have to pay to universa to become a node, can they refuse someone who wants to be a node ?. Looks like it wont be so easy to become a node like in bitcoin and Universa team is going to decide who will be validating the transactions and who wont ? Explane someone please. Thx

Their first event is scheduled to take place on May 15th in Moscow and will focus on educating children about future innovations!

Where is the credits database stored and how? On all nodes? Also, when will we see the source code of the wallet on Github?

In a bear market (yes we still are in a bear market !), with UTN still stuck on Mainnet, with no good exchanges available, I think the price going down is quite normal.

In a year we w'll all laugh at such comments, mark my words. I invested in EOS in september-october while everyone thought it was a scam. You wanna know why I invested back then (there was not as much fuzz as there is now for EOS) Because I trusted Dan Larimer and his crew.
I trust much more Alexander Borodich's team now... Moon in less than a year I'm sure ! Just be patient... Talk about UTN with your friends and family, it's a great opportunity now (and for a few month I beleive ^^ sorry) because it's a good price. W'll get richer guys

Moreover EOS(ICO price $0.99) was even below ICO between 5 September - 1 November(0.50-0.70) and a lot of people called it scam or shitcoin 
That was only in the first few months after ICO. It is now already 7 months since Universa ICO started.
