What can I do to get my money back? Thanks guys.

small claims, potentially class action if they decide to continue to selectively resolve issues

i'm about 3 hours away from submitting the paperwork to initiate small claims action in NYC. i'll gladly spend 1000x what they owe me to ensure that this debacle is a) entered into the legal system, and b) made public in alternative and mainstream media Smiley

Does this mean it should be fixed soon?!?!? If it happens withing the hour imma forget about the profit i lost...and just move on!!! some insentive there for you BitInstant!

and i will update all posts and praise the BTC community you held your word!
it means you're about to be sent coins at current market value, not the value locked in at time of order

WRONG.
Right, because that's why I was paid btc at CURRENT market value not the value I locked in at order placement.

That's also why you still owe me 0.70825 BTC

Smiley

Right.  I've been offering to help with any issues but I guess your not interested in helping me open a ticket for this issue.  Can't say I didn't try.  Oh well.  Smiley
You don't read very well.

But that's fine. Your posts will make for fantastic evidence of failure of bitinstant to perform.

BITINSTANT WILL FIX IT GUYS!!! BE RELENTLESS THOUGH...took me 2 days of constant badgering to get it done.

I would just like to stress that last point. I sat quietly and sent polite PMs as far back as 4/2. Bitinstant obviously took that for a sign of weakness and has decided to fuck me as best they can.

So as a result of being nice, I have been coinless for over a week. The only way these people will refund your money is if you bitch relentlessly.

threats, including actually following through if they fail to deliver work beautifully it would seem. my shit was about 75% completed 25 minutes after i shot off an email to their support.

they're down to about 45 hours before i make good on that threat

Want to escalate your own issue? Threaten small claims action directly to their support email with high importance and read receipts selected.

Too bad the order is incomplete and they still owe me about .708 BTC.

This paperwork I drew up to file in NYC might just go to use anyway. 46.5 hours and counting

Quit saying that they are scamming, because it is clearly not so. If you guys had any common sense you would know what is going on.
for someone who talks about common sense, you apparently lack it. they very clearly using today's funds from orders to cover their ass on prior day's orders that went unfulfilled. it takes minutes to confirm receipt of funds, and seconds to deliver the funds to the address entered at order placement. yet their so-called support is consistently claiming this is a super complex issue that results in some people going a week without a resolution. at the very fucking least, this forum support ticket bullshit needs to stop and they need to use some of that inflated fees on orders they actually process to fund a support ticket system. this company, its support, and this fucking thread with the occasional BI-cocksucking douche likeyourself, is a fucking joke. and if they piss off enough of the right people, shit will get done Smiley

I'm onboard with opening a class-action lawsuit against Bitinstant. It seems this is the only way to get their attention. I will be contacting my attorney regarding this matter if I don't see a resolution rather soon. I am fed up with this.
they're completely fucked "support" system is ensuring that such an action is inevitable if they continue this. they're a stones throw away from wire fraud at this point.

Amazing support. It's 2013, they deal with a technologically advanced cryptocurrency yet customers have to resort to posting on a third party forum to get a "ticket" created and an order issue addressed.

how many of these people, for example haven't had their issues addressed, or even know about this thread.

Good luck.
[/quote]luck not required if my and other people's orders are fucked.

but i appreciate the reply. at least that confirms that the general attitude that your support personnel are presenting isn't just limited to one individual; rather it's systemic throughout your organization.

My best guess (Since no one is telling us), is they are waiting for the funds from MoneyGram/ZipZap that we deposited.  After reading the link I posted earlier it appears they are "juggling" funds because of the tremendous attention bitcoin is having.  Our best hope is they get their money tomorrow and then they will process our orders.  Is this correct Ursay?

you think they're going to address a question of whether or not they're taking payment for orders they can't fulfill? don't hold your breath.
