Apparently, there's a rumor lurking in the net about amazon is about to accept BTC as payment. I dont really know if this will be a good advantage because, payment will be easier or i don't know.

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ? 
For me, the actual money may "evolve". If ever the actual "money" we have is "extinct", our Economy will be harder to rise. In my own opinion, It eases our daily transactions but who knows. Maybe in the future, we will have to use a type of machine that transacts BTC just like a wallet that can be put in your pocket.Re: is MyEtherWallet is a safe place to stored? or use as wallet?

It is safe but there are several fake links that will send you to a fraudulent wallet that looks exactly like the real site so make sure you always check the URL before you provide your private key. There's an option to log in with MetaMask which makes it safer but ---> always link to the site by typing out the URL directly and never follow unsolicited links to the wallet.
