I think that it's good to hold your Bitcoin beside split it for another Altcoin. Also there isn't any guarantee that you can get better pump in another Alt. but I think it will be reasonalbe if you want to split on ICO or new Alt.

Yes, it's because bad news can spread the FUD that make many people hestitate to invest in Crypto or make people sell their crypto coin. Also if there is good news, it will atracted many people to invest in crypto and can cause pump.

There is too much ICO right now and it's will be bad for ICO because it made harder for that ICO to get more investor. If you see ICO in 2017, there isn't too much and many quality ICO and already sucessfull. I think that 2017 it's the glory year for Crypto.

Yes, NEO could do that. But it can happen if the market already recover. this time, not just NEO which have bad condition, but all of crypto has bad condition. So if BTC has recover and start bull market, I think that NEO could rocket and reach 10USD aren't impossible.

I think it's good idea, but I think that FIAT reward will not implemented. I think that BTC or ETH reward which has been widely applied in many bounty campaign. But I prefer token reward, so it's feel like invest in ICO without spend money.

If everyone buy when token listed on Exchange, that token will failed. Also I think that they doesn't need to make ICO. Just make coin like BTC with no ICO. Usually bounty hunter which make coin dump because they sell immediately when the token listed.
