This is an evident scam. They should void all results, or pay the winnings to who won. They can't selectively choose based on what's convenient for them.

Is it possible to know with what criterion the "value bets" are counted?
what does the bookmaker do to realize this data? what algorithm does it use?
for example, if the same odds occur on betfair.com (exchange markets), also in this case we can speak of value bets (regardless given that the odds are still wrong by the bookmaker??)

If you are lucky and end a month winning more than you lose for them it is "value bets" and they don't pay you, it's as simple as that.

Hola amigos, muy buenos dias. Habia estado leyendo algunas publicaciones en la seccion principal en ingles acerca de las paper wallets y su seguridad. Que ustedes creen de las mismas? Se atreverian a depositar en una de ellas todos sus ahorros en Bitcoin? O prefieren alguna cold wallet como Trezor o Ledger? Segun he leido, si se cumplen todas las medidas de seguridad a la hora de crearlas, no debe existir problemas con la misma. Quisiera escuchar sus opiniones y saber si alguna vez han utilizado alguna, o si actualmente la utilizan. Saludos
Sabiendo lo que haces una paper wallet me parece extremadamente segura. Tanto cómo una hardware wallet. Pero es mucho más fácil meter la pata y acabar perdiendo dinero.

It is a hard thing to do since I only own 1 computer.Just upgraded from Electrum 3.1.2 to the newest version here. Though, it is worked fine and secure. Next day, I've just opened Electrum (Shortcut) on my desktop and pop up said to me that there is no Electrum-3.3.2.exe, then I immediately check the file location and the Electrum-3.3.2.exe was gone, but yet the electrum-3.1.2.exe is still there, I don't even know why is this happening. I think it because I'm just updating it rather than uninstalling the previous versions. 
Sooo I decided to uninstall the whole electrum and download electrum again from the electrum.org and it cannot be opened due to the virus, but as you can see I've just uninstalled the previous versions of electrum.
Any advice for this?

FYI, I'm not even installing third party anti-virus so I think windows defender block it (false alarm) but as you know that I download it from the official website.
But, for the standalone version, it is worked very well and no false alarm.

Yeah, you should blame the admins so your account won't be recovered and get ignored as long as you live. But even if you can get patient enough and wait until theymos for a year he doesn't even read a single word to your thread though.

After that he said there's some problem with his BTC wallet, and can't send me the payment (which I don't buy it)
I waited for 3 days, and when I tried to reach him there's no respond from him, he also blocked me on steam.
As all of his account is new (BTT, Twitter, etc), and he is not responding, which seems suspicious to me
So I locked the steam account and asked for support's help to retrieve the account back
And he showed up immediately after I locked the account
Still, though I made very clear that I will unlock the account as soon as received his payment
He refuse to pay and threat to leave me a negative feedback if I don't unlock for him first
Of course I refused, I have nothing to hide and I'm not the one who broke the agreement
I'm posting here to warn other members to deal with this guy with cautious
I doubt he was planning to pay me at first place.
I will provide chat log if needed.

As long I have the money to be played on. After it ends, I usually doesn't like to regret and keep depositing until I have no funds in my wallet. So, the answer is i couldn't stay without gambling. Gambling is a whole new lifestyle for me. <3
