I don't think anyone will replace Ethereum if anything it's just competition. MOAC however I could see replace EOS especially in China

Re: Future for cryptocurrency?

Scalability always being a problem on cryptocurrency, example like Bitcoin everyone always debate about that. But atleast we already have some solution for that Segwit & Lightning Network. To be honest for future cryptocurrency always make some new progress about their development.

I would have to add cross chain interoperabilities along with scalability. These are two big topics that are in coversation right now. There's a handful of platforms looking to acheive these things. I know of Moac as a prime example but a couple others should be launching later this year.

I think it'll be a little bumpy the next couple months and the next bull will be middle of 2020 once all these enterprise coins start trickling in

Re: What made you fall in love with crypto?

I think that most of the people in crypto space got involve because of the profit it offers but after a long time of staying they fall in love in the technology and innovation it provides which makes their life more convenient as they found a new way of payment method.

I agree with you. I think we are ALL learning so much of what is even possible

I would say it's best to diversify your funds just like how you should spread out your assets on different wallets. Never put too many eggs into one basket

Re: Investing on altcoins...

I would advise looking into the white paper first, who is on their team, who invested in them and even some of their advisors. An altcoin that has been peeking my interest is Ampleforth after they just announced Niall Fergauson as an advisor which is something we haven't seen before in terms of a historian helping plan the future.

It's more than just reading their white paper, you need to do research on their team, who invested in them and also their github/community

Don't worry, this friend is just a bad bitcoin and altcoin trip, we have a long future so we are sure that in the future we can feel that kipto money will rise again as before and become the most expensive coin.

Re: blockchain water purifier? earn tokens from you appliances

saw this today in coindesk: https://www.coindesk.com/telecom-giant-china-mobile-is-developing-a-blockchain-water-purifier?from=groupmessage&isappinstalled=0

Thoughts on this? Looks like a pretty big deal since this there's a line of blockchain-enabled TV's. Pretty cool imo
And then i just curious about where's the role of the decentralized thing from the blockchain in this kind of development? That should be a big question consider the decentralized is the main offers from the blockchain.

I think there's a need for blockchain especially with internet of things. right now iot has huge vulnerabilities in security and scale

Re: ETH vs EOS vs NEO vs MOAC vs ICON vs ADA

From an investment standpoint and not putting all of your eggs in one basket, I already own a selection of the blockchains listed. I still think Ethereum will take some beating as they have experience and a prove track record and a revised chain coming live after January 16th. Besides ETH I hold NEO, EOS, ADA

Any thoughts on MOAC? I agree. There's still a lot to iron out

wow backed by all of these firms? must be a good one  Cheesy
OP was shilling for ampleforth and this just another platform that interesting to create another stable coin to be used by speculators. Remember about havven and the team's promise but it has become a failed project when its stable coin can't even stable on its price.

dude have you guys seen the gigzi shillers? The OP wrote a general post lol.

But wait how did havven fail?? they just rebranded to Synthetix

Re: next trend in blockchain/crypto??

I think that the next most relevant industry in which blockchains will be used - this will be the establishment of interactions between different blockchains among themselves and teaching them to interact using artificial intelligence. I think this is the most likely immediate problem that will need to be solved.

exactly. cross-chain compatibility is going to be huge. I like that MOAC offers that

Re: the true crypto alternative to government money
by

The biggest challenge to all these stablecoins is the transparency and confidence and one way to resolve that would be the display of funds in fiat of the stablecoin bank account to public every week or month or the bank account should be put online and public where anyone can check the value and match it with the supply of the stablecoin this strategy will boost interest, trust, confidence and investments into these stablecoins.

I agree. that's why I can't support fiat coins because of the lack of transparency. I do see that ampleforth offers a very unique solution since it's an elastic supply protocol.
