Are any of the BatCoin block explorers on the new fork?
Got pool users complaining about not receiving pay-outs, most likely they are on the wrong fork but cannot prove without a block explorer
If anyone has a link to one could they post here please, or if we need a new one let me know and I will set one up

Must be individual users not upgrading as I havent had any complaints, and both my test wallets are working fine sending and receiving.
Overall a smooth upgrade. Would love to see a scrypt-N update now - perhaps not so easy/possible though.

BatCoin Pool 1 million+ BAT Competition!
Commencing at midnight 16th March 2014 GMT, I will start coinagepools first competition.
To make it fair for contributors big and small I will be randomly selecting users every day to win free Batcoin out of the following categories:
-100,000 BAT for the random user contributing 250 to 1 Mhash/s
-250,000 BAT for the random user contributing over 1 Mhash/s
-600,000 BAT for the user with the most guano blocks by day 7
Rules:
- No cheating by creating multiple accounts (I wont be checking IP addresses unless there is something clearly dubious)
- Bonus 50000 Bat for winners that have comic themed user names
How will it work:
1. Every day I will take the user lists and run a random number generator to select the winner.
2. I will post the censored winners here
3. Everyone's a winner as NW hash gets evened out for a while!
Right now theres only 8 active miners on coinagepools so chances of winning are excellent! This is a low diff competition!

Yes you would not get any coins if the coins were generated after the mandatory update as they wont be recognised by the batcoin network (pools and clients).

For transparency cant the dev publish wallet addresses of where the funds are held and what the funds are earmarked for (generically).
Cryptsy wont list a coin where the dev holds all the coins and could just dump all.

wow devs need to be careful.. maybe start using hosted services and cloudflare yourself. lol.
explains a lot why a certain user was being really loud and obnoxious when everyone else didnt have any issue with the wallet...

And please implement a system of PoS where you can interest each week, those coins that have this system blew up in value. Look at MINT and BlackCoin.

I really do not get the understanding of some people buying altcoins. I just witnessed someone buy for 0.2 BTC at 2 satoshi and he/she directly puts up a sell order at 10 satoshi.
That buy order turned into a sell order of 1 BTC. Why the fuck would you keep the prises down like this??? I bought into this coin because I saw little to no sell walls, but now they're popping up everywhere.

True true, theres a lot of people trying to quick sell but they dont understand the longevity of coins in their early days (2 months+ is when they start to show stability). 2 satoshi is cheap, the opportunity to double and triple is clear as long as people stop sell walling.

If it does become subject to any copyright, it would skyrocket values due to the massive publicity the coin will get which can only be good - at least in the initial hype.
But it seems like Batman is in this for the longer term so its probably a good thing there is no claim to copyright by DC.

Spread out the hash rate people, need to share the love. Not sure why people are mining on a pool where there was so much discontent. I dont care where people go to, but at the moment http://bat.coinagepools.com/ technically will return more than 100% thanks to the coin bonus. do the math
