The bounties have still not been distributed.
It's been almost 2.5months since the end of the ICO, meanwhile, teams excuse is "finalizing the final investment numbers"
correct me if I'm wrong but the project will have to have KYC for everyone using it.
Here are the two options why bounties have not been distributed yet :
1) The price is manipulated by the team, and they want to limit the supply for a long as they can
2) They are incompetent and can't finalize investments for 2.5months. Which doesn't look well for a payment/KYC provider in the future.
Which one is it?
This makes me lean towards option one

Why are 250M tokens just sitting in an address? No lock or anything? Dumpable at any moment.
How do I know you haven't been unloading it slowly?

Are you really manually giving investors tokens? This is pretty funny

I would wait for an answer to this before investing a large amount of money.
and they should answer why they have gave 6 million bounty for 1 person with no lock on January 3rd

Waiting for distribution it's 9days left for the team to deliver their promises.
There is maybe a delay because of the big scam ppl are talking about.
UTrust gave a guy who ran a chat room (Cryptalions) 6 million UTK tokens in bounty to give away. They say he has now closed it and disappeared, keeping it all to himself
